A deposit of $500 was put down for a car on November 26, 2021. I called back on November 29 to cancel the order and was told I would receive my refund back. It is now April 2022 and I still don't have it even after numerous calls to *****************, the Manager, and promises it would be returned. I now have to file a small claims court case since this ownership is untrustworthy and unwilling to do what they promised.Initial Complaint

Loan 1/31/2022 *********** $57,286.80 This is a ********** purchase ************* resident of which the vehicle registration/title is taken care of by the dealership and as of 3/18/2022, my 30 day temporary tags have expired and I have yet to receive my plates and registration. I have called the dealer in 7 different occasions, I'm not able to finish speaking and not listened too, advised I would get a call back but no call back. I walked into my local *** office and was told that they can't assist me since I have no title for the vehicle. Now my 2nd concern is that I do have insurance I have been stopped by the police in 3 different occasions since being in ************* with 2 warning in regards to plates/reg being needed on the vehicle and my 3rd warning has been of an impound. My 3rd concern is that this vehicle continues to have a check engine light, at engine start makes a loud sound and the sound lessens but doesn't leave, there seems to be a problem with the axels which makes the breaks squeak at all times and ride is not smooth. This isn't a safe way to drive this vehicle for my family and myself, a car I feel can leave us stranded or impounded. This is my form of transportation and I need to have the plates and registration. Vehicle VIN- *****************
