I ordered a 12 month subscription for the magazine First for Women. The company cashed my check for $21.97 on September 12, 2023. I have never received the magazine. I emailed the company and also called them. I never received a reply from the email and while I was on the phone with the company, I was on hold for about 15 minutes when the robot said there were no customer service reps available, goodbye, and they ended the call. I would like the magazine or a refund.Initial Complaint

I repeatedly tried to get this publisher of Womans World to get my address correct since last August 2021. I missed 7 issues because of them not changing my address. Their website was down for a long time. I spoke with 2 representatives but they didnt resolve my issue. I repeatedly sent the magazines messages that went unanswered. Finally I emailed them as they stopped answering the phone. It took over a week to hear back. Id asked to extend my subscription by 7 issues due to missing 7 issues until they finally got my address correct. The representative said she could only extend 3 issues. So far I dont show that they did that and its not satisfactory to only extend by 3 issues instead of the 7 that I requested. I need my subscription extended by 7 issues.Initial Complaint

I paid for 2 magazines Womans world and first for women. Never received an email conformation. Sent several emails no response. On the phone for 45 minutes no body answering.
