      UPDATE: 9 26 24 Less than 1/4 of a zero For the past 3 to 5 days, our webpage is not propagating (updating)...basically, the same information from August is being shown the public... The technical support is so incompetent they don't read our replies to their own so-called tickets... Whether you know anything about webhosting or not, understand there is only 2 places to upload your index.html file that make your page visible to the public: public_html or the root of the web server... Their tech support is so bad that they convolute the above statement by suggesting that we are uploading the file to the wrong location... We are a tiny non-profit...so, unfortunately we can't afford a better company...also unfortunate, we have gotten what we pay for... We have no choice but to file a complaint with BBB because INTERSERVER is unable or unwilling to provide proper technical support to permanently resolve our issue... By the way they are treating us, they assume we are not technically proficient...this is a mistake... This scenario is not a problem we can fix on our end. And in fact, when the problem is temporarily alleviated, they fixed it on THEIR END...There is never a permanent solution, however. The only procedure we can do on our end is to clear our browser cache...INTERSERVER has provided no permanent solution to our problem... They won't even address the issue on the phone ... Additionally, this is a recurring issue... We've had several problems with this company since we began using them as our webhost... 99% of the issues had to be fixed on their end

      I see that we have hosted your website for a long time. And you have never been satisfied with our service. You leave us bad reviews. Our techs are not able to solve your isssues. 

      why not move your website to another hosting company that better fits your needs. I would be happy to refund your payment.

      I have an account on **********************... I asked for a migration like a month ago from a server to a new one (both from them)After this migration there was a e-mail who didn't work anymore... After that it's been like every day asking them to fix the issue... They don't fix it and they are always sending me messages telling me that's fixed and working. I feel scamed and treated like a dumb.

      I am not able to log in to my account to update my credit card to pay the monthly service.I already provided all verification information, but did get any response from the company.If there s no solution within 48 hours, I will take this case to the court

      I would like to file a major complaint against Interserver Inc. I renew my domain late and when I went on the website to pay the domain it says please pay $14.00 and it did not mention late fee. I got a error message saying it could not active my domain. I contacted support by chat and the person said I have to pay $80.00 to renew my domain and the system says $14.00. They are totally double billing their customers. I never ever in my lifetime see a hosting company double charging their customers and add late fee. If the invoice on my account says pay $14.00 that is how much I am paying. If this is the case I want my $14.00 refund and totally cancel the domain so I can buy it somewhere else. I will never ever go back with Interserver.

      Thanks for the complaint!

      Domain prices and rules are not set by us. They are set by the registry. We are merely resellers. We pass all that fee along to the registry and keep $0 for ourselves. You can ****** this term "domain redemption fee" and educate yourself about how the fee works and who is responsible for it. That way you can be better informed for next time. You will also see that most places charge $150 for it.

       

      I have refunded your $14 payment as well.
