July 17th 2021, order on Reve Boutique.com, order number ***** for *********************** Oakley Bandage Bodycon Mini Dress for $146.20, When I received the dress, it looked nothing like the completely edited photoshopped and unrealistic model portrayed on their website, and in real life looked hideous on any body even on myself who is size 4 and on my sister size 2 that my sister even commented it looked like a clown on us and exaggerated edges which it did not look like that on their website. Then to make matters worse the zipper was not working and broken, and the edges on the sewn parts of the dressed are frayed, puffy, and stringy making the product look poorly hand sewn and just nothing like a brand new almost $150 dress youd expect to receive. I then called the company Reve boutique with phone number ************** and it is very difficult to get a hold of them and I had to leave many voice messages or try to speak with the manager which I never could. Around August 25th they informed me to send them pictures of the product what exactly was wrong with them and informed me that only if the item is defective and broken then they will give me a refund and so I did. I had to ship the dress back to was told the dress was in great condition and give me a refund, and they can only send me an exchange. In person I choose two items which I still did not like which the black new dress also stringy and frayed on the edges as well, and along with rusted gold earrings, but I picked them because I'd rather get this than never hearing back from them had I not gone in person and asked again to refund and they said no. Lack of emails and phone calls back they ripped me off with credit I never wanted. I am just asking for a full refund of the $146.20 for a damaged and ugly product and to inform then I will gladly send their products back. There area also similar complaints on yelp.com as me. I want to prevent them from ripping off other people for their hard earned money.
