Ordered an engraved ********* charm from them as it states on their website they are an authorized Rembrandt dealer. Received an empty box, literally! I couldnt reach them by phone so I notified my credit card company believing they were a scam company. Later when I was able to get in touch the person told me it was too late to fix since I had already notified my credit card company and didnt seem too concerned that I had received an empty box; maybe I had accidentally dropped it on the floor she asked? Etc. very defensive. Still waiting for the credit card dispute. I had plans to buy more from them because I like ********* items, but now I will never ever buy from them because of the terrible way it was handled. I would think that ********* would be disappointed to be associated with this company but I have just decided to give up on ********* items as well and purchased a charm from *********************. They are a different style but I have bought from them several times and they are very customer service oriented.

Thank you so much for your patience and we apologize for the confusion - after reviewing our notes we do show that we had offered a refund however you had initiated a chargeback already/ we have to wait for that to clear. I ordered a ring from the website. Said that it would ship in two days. Already charged my credit card and now no ring. No response to emails and will not answer the phone. I should have know better. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.Review from Debbie A

Ordered two 8 inch bracelets, when received, they were barely 7.5 inches. First attempt to return was ignored, second attempt was e mailed a return label to print. Informed company I am unable to print the label, they refused to mail me a label, telling me I should find someone to print it for me. I ordered a ring for my daughter on December 17 expecting it to not take much time. 10 days later I checked on the website and it said it was on pending. I gave it more time and after a month (today) Im finally tired and at this point I just want my money back, why on earth is it saying its on back order when I gave them over a month. On the website it said minimum to 10 days it should be delivered. Now its been over 30 and nothing. Give me a full refundReview from robert t.

I also ordered ******* charms in December 2021 for a Christmas gift. After they deducted $155.00 from my account they sent me half my order and stop communicating with me, and they have not refunded my money yet. Do not order from this company.Review from Jay G

This is by far the worst **************** I have ever had to deal with. I purchased what I thought was a Mizpah Coin Pendant, costing over $300. When it arrived it was the size of a thumbnail. I have made multiple attempts to get an RMA (return merchandise authorization) that you must have in order to return (within the alloted 30 day return window) to no avail. I want my money back and will not stop until I get it! Precious Accents should be ashamed of themselves and their Business practices!!!!!
