      Ordered door ($6000), door came in different color door (ordered edged gold, got edged copper) with different color accents (ordered with gold, got copper color). Plus, ordered with 1" high threshold (to be able to put entrance rug), got 1/4", so there are no rugs with such low pile. Nobody even apologize that they messed up the colors, they offered to hand paint the door with no additional warranty if it will pill off. With messed up threshold height, I can't put any rug on the entrance.They are so quick to take your payment with pile of signed papers (you are signing papers that you are liable for everything even their mistake), but they will not delivering the product that you ordered.Paid in full on time of order, but they still calling (including owner) about remaining balance of 50%. So, they didn't even bother themselves to check balance (if any).

      We placed an order for a custom iron door on 5/24/2021 for (leaving a $1,600 deposit) & was told ********************* will take up to 3 months. The is no communication from the company's staff on the status of the order. I have to call them each month and I'm given a different excuse as to why they have not received the order from the manufacturer. Aside from the staff being rude & unprofessional I believe they are scamming me and there will be no door delivered at this point. I have spoken to a few staff ****** ***** and ****** all who offer no clear status update. Their response is "You just have to wait."

      The BBB complaint was sent to the ** location on accident. This door was actually purchased in the Long Island ** office. There were many delays that were relayed to the customer due to covid and shipping delays. We apologize to the customer, but they have now received their product and are happy. There was some slight miscommunication as the ** office was brand new at the time and the staff and management were still learning how to operate and properly track the shipments.
