Do not do business with this company. Below I copy and pasted my last email to the owner ***** who never responded to this email. A week later I went to the store in person and finally received a refund back to my credit card which I later found out it was $250 short of my deposit...had to follow up with ***** 3x's before getting a response...he claims it's a credit card company fee, not his.Email sent to the owner *****:We are NOT confused just majorly disappointed. The timeline is as follows:March 23rd we leave a deposit...the door was mapped out that day and **** said she will follow up with us to match the window to the door. She never did until we called a few times, she then lied and said it was already emailed to us...we then tell **** we never received the email and that we checked our spam and trash in case we accidentally deleted it. She then sends us someone else's window draft to buy time, it was a completely different window. Finally, on April 20th, we receive the window design. Also on March 23rd in your showroom, you told us you come by over the weekend to measure the railing, you didn't which we understood due to the rain. The railing was measured on May 4th...whose fault is it that it took 6 weeks for you to come back and measure the railing? A week later we send you a text and we leave you a message at your office for an update on the design for the railing...we get a ZERO response. I text you the following week on May 17th letting you know that you or no one else from your office got back to us...you apologized and said you must have missed the text. Still, on the same text thread from May 17th, you said we will have it by the end of the week...we didn't. I sent you a text on May 22nd letting you know that we did not receive the design for the railing. You replied ****** is working on it.May 25th in the AM I called you and left a VM, I then called your office and spoke to the Receptionist. After speaking with her I then send you a text that there is no need to call me back...however I specifically asked about the timeline and that we were 8 weeks into this and would it be finished within 8 to 12 weeks we were originally quoted...you never responded. Coincidentally ****** then emails us a few hours later on May 25th, we reply and asks for some changes. On May 27th ****** emails us the updates and we are ready to move forward. June 2nd we text you asking for the price of the railing, you responded you will send it soon and you never did.You can check the accuracy of my above statements in your texts and emails. It took **** not even a half-hour to design our door in front of us...are we to believe that it's normal or okay that it took 10 weeks to get to where we are today? Or it's okay to leave messages and or texts and not get a response more than once. You still haven't given us a price on the railing. So if the door, railing, and window are to be made at the same time as you stated and we never okayed the railing because we never received a price from you how or why could the door possibly have started production? We have been beyond patient and more than understanding...we simply want our money back.Review from LISA J

I rate this company a ZERO! No ***************** No satisfaction guarantee! Absolute Poor Workmanship!!!They took my money and ran and never completed the job!! They do not return calls, emails or texts!! They lied to me about the status of my order over and over! After waiting over a year to get my iron doors, window, railings and door bracket and after endless unanswered phone calls, emails and texts to *************************, the owner, only the doors and window came in from *****. In order to set up installation, Bruni had me pay the balance of the order, which I regret because the job was never completed!! The installers installed the doors with one of the two doors shattered in a million pieces, held up by tape. I was told that the glass had been replaced. Plus, I ordered the glass to be clear, when I was in the showroom in August and the color of the iron to be a color with bronze highlights. The glass came in as water cubic and the iron came in a flat expresso color with several chips in the iron. ***** is making me settle for this glass because the only thing he could find was a CAD drawing that I responded to ****, the designer, in an email, that I LOVED her linear designs of the door/window combo. The specs of the measurements and glass style of clear and water cubic were in that CAD sent in May. At that time, I had no idea what water cubic meant. I selected the glass and paint color in the showroom, in person, in August, but **** and ***** must have failed to document it.But the worst part of the job was the installation of the moldings around the archway on the inside and outside of my doorway. They showed up with new moldings as indicated in my contract but reinstalled my original moldings and tried to make them fit, leaving huge gaps in the framing!! The installers didnt use finishing nails and didnt line up the molding correctly or seal the gaps between the moldings and the wall! The moldings are all crooked with nail heads sticking out, looking like a 4 year old did the job!! After waiting a year, I begged ***** to get the installation done before Mothers Day which was also my 60th birthday. Bruni had me pay the final payment on Monday and on Tuesday the installers showed up, unable to do the installation because they didnt have a truck big enough to deliver the doors and window. Then they came back on Thursday and installed the doors and window, with the door glass shattered!! They came back on Friday and worked on the moldings and left without me knowing, leaving the job unfinished without removing all their bags of garbage, lumber, and crane lift and nails all over right in front of my entryway!!! I was furious!!!! This was the Friday before my Mothers Day/Birthday weekend!!!!***** told me they would be back to redo the moldings and paint the iron the correct color. He told me I had to make the appointment with his glass guy to replace the shattered glass!! I was so frustrated that I canceled my weekend celebrations!!! There was no way I could have cars parked with all their garbage and nails all over in my driveway, plus having guests walk through broken glass doors!!! ***** and his staff stopped answering my calls, emails and texts and never returned to finish the job, except to pick up the crane! I am still missing the railings and the bracket for over the doorway. Now, Im left with settling for chipped up iron doors with crooked moldings and missing parts of my job!! Im willing to settle with this water cubic glass, but the rest of this poor workmanship is unacceptable and Im still waiting for the rest of the products in my order!! I held back from writing this review or contacting the BBB and Consumer Affairs to give Forever Iron Doors time to finish my job, but its going into August and Im tired of waiting!!!! *****, when are you going to finish this job?
