in 2021, I had getcoverednj dental and medical insurance with horizon nj health. at the end of the enrolled year, the medical stopped but the dental was re-enrolled for two more years without my consent or knowledge. in 2022, I spoke with both companies because I received emails stating that horizon nj health was taking an average of $40 out of my bank account every month between the end of the understood enrolled year, and the day that I called. they informed me that it was not being taken from my account. in September 2023, I noticed a charge in my bank account from ********************** for $41. so I decided to check my statements, and to my surprise I've been being charged for two years without my knowledge. TODAY, I have been on the phone with both companies for 6 hours and counting (still on the phone). no one seems to transfer me to the right department, I've been told "no we will not help", and I've even been told "I will not transfer you to my supervisor". in the end, its roughly $2,000 that they have STOLEN from me and refuse to help me with a reimbursement of that money.Initial Complaint

I am trying to file an appeal with my son's health insurance and when I have called to file I have been constantly transferred over to different Representatives not getting an issue resolved. I want my son to be approved for their personal preference program also known as PPP within 30 days.
