03/23/2024 I purchased a car at this dealership I trade in my car and also put $1,500 down payment they gave me temporary tags for me to bring the car here to Massachusetts the sales person told me I will be getting my plates/ registration before the temporary tags expired it’s been two months now and I haven’t received anything the dealership is giving me a hard time they won’t provide me with the car title so I can register the car here in the state of MA the bank said they don’t have the title yet I been with out a car for 1 months now I haven’t been able to work am a delivery driver the person from the dealership keeps saying I will receive my registration in one week and then the week comes and nothing is here and so on and on now they don’t even answer my calls or text my car is getting ticketed park in a Main StreetBusiness response

We were able to agree with the customer to complete the MV process. Massachusetts does not recognize temporary tags from out of state which makes that difficult in regards to registering the vehicle from ***********
On 6/11/24 the customer was sent the pertinent paperwork and refund to complete the process in state.

I am a MD resident who drove to purchase a car from this dealership on 11/07/2023. During that time I was given 30 day temporary tags, and had to take my car to be inspected in MD before getting my hard plates. I then had my car inspected in MD, and provided the dealership with my inspection paperwork so that they can proceed with my hard plates, and I have still not received them. Not only, have I not received them, but this dealership will not provide me any information on when I can expect them. They provided me with another set of 30 day tags in December, which are now expired. They are saying that legally they cannot provide any more temporary tags. So now, I am stuck with expired tags, and no indication about when I can expect my official MD plates. This is unacceptable, as tags and title fees were paid for, and they are not delivering. The financial institution in which I got the car loan also needs the MD DMV process to be completed, and they have already informed me that my interest rates and monthly payments can increase if they do not get it soon.Business response

I bought a Tesla model 2022 on their shopI was travelling 2 hours away from ******** to **********.the Tesla making some noise is like the car shaking an also on the drivers mirror the car has scratches and looks like is paintedalso the steering wheel is shaking too probably the car had accident but never was reported in the carfaxalso today my temporarily ********************* is expired I contacted them they said we gonna send it to youI hopeIm waiting also more than 1 moth im still waiting for the titleand nothing I tell them I need a certified copy of the title they gang out the phone and never help ****** said is the bank responsible for the title..I call the bank the said only the dealer have the titleI contacted the dmv they said your dealer didnt submit the documents for this vin number these guys are totally scammersBusiness response

My wife and I purchased a 2020 ************* from J&S and traded in our 2016 ***********. The *** was ************ and we also got a great offer for our Tahoe. All seemed well. Months later after the deal had been completed we still did not receive a check for the difference owed to us for our trade in, even after J&S received the title. After weeks of calling for updates we finally received our check. Today is Nov 3rd and we still have temp tags and registration. I have to call into J&S every few weeks for the past 4 months to seek updated info on our PA tag and registration. Still no answers, no resolution. I just keep getting sent temp ******************* My vehicle has now been out of inspection for 5 months and I cannot get it inspected do to this. J&S continues to give only excuse after excuse as to why my PA credentials have not yet been provided. Never have I had an experience like this before regarding a vehicle transaction.Business response

We are very sorry it has taken this long to get your registration. We do our best but in this scenario we had to apply for a duplicate title. We should have the title in anyday now and ************************ vehicle should be finally registered. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

I purchased a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee for $19,982.92 from J&S Autohaus on 3/23/23 “As Is” after the Salesman (Emad A******** assured me that there were No Issues with the vehicle. 4/8/23 I took the said vehicle to my mechanic for a oil change at which time I was notified that it appears from the color of the oil that something maybe going on with the engine and I should return the vehicle to the dealership b/c that oil issue could be a indicator of a major problem. 4/12/23 My vehicle wouldn’t start and I had it towed to J&S Autohaus. I received the car back on 4/14/23, supposedly my auto starter was the issue and replaced. 4/15/23 my vehicle failed State Inspections. On 4/15/23 my vehicle wouldn’t start again. 4/17/23 my vehicle was towed back to the dealership. I received the vehicle back on 4/28/23, supposedly another starter was put on the car. After driving the car for 2 miles the auto stop/start service sign came on, I contacted the dealer. I was told to bring the car in on 4/29/23 to be checked out. On 4/29/23 Abe (Manger) checked the car out and said the car had been sitting awhile which could be what caused the service light to come on. Later that day my Check Engine light came on and white smoke was billowing out of the tail pipe. 5/1/23 I tried contacting the dealership regarding the car issue but was given the run around. Later that day I took the vehicle to ***** **** ****** **** on North Olden Ave. Trenton. to be checked out. 5/2/23 I was notified by the repair shop that my head gasket was blown, oil was mixing with the antifreeze causing the white smoke and the vehicle needs a NEW ENGINE aprx costing $8k. The car is currently at the ***** **** ****** ****.Customer response

Lexus cost more however the Salesman
(Sal) was able to work things out where I

I purchase my vehicle out of state, j&s was about 1.5 hrs from me. I purchased the vehicle based solely on pictures provided online as well as from sales person. I purchased the vehicle May 2022.. it is now basically December and I still have a temp tag on my vehicle. In august j&s tells me I owe almost $900 additional due to their error on taxes on my trade in. My trade in was in my fathers name, which they knew before I even went to get the vehicle since he had to sign a form releasing the car and send his license. But the error was my fault and I had to pay that amount via cashiers check 3 months after the initial purchase of the car. I call weekly *************** the status get the run around talk to *** the director of finance on the phone and he cusses at me says its not their fault ******** is behind. I called the Wednesday before thanksgiving spoke to *** who swore and promised he would call me Monday since his tag lady was gone at 2pm Wednesday.. okay today is now Wednesday of the following week STILL no call from ***, no update on my tags. I ask the guy to give me a manager or gm above *** I need answers and he says he cant give out his number. Call another location to track down charmela who is at lunch at 330pm and Im told to call back. Why should I have to **** them down? Where is the customer service, the positive response times to want to have a return customer? I will NEVER buy from this company this is the absolute worst experience Ive ever experienced in my whole life. They need to study and know the laws of the surrounding states. The extra money should not have been my responsibility to pay with an error on their paper work. On top of the fact I never received copies of the signed documents from the transaction. I demand a return call from the owner. This is totally unacceptable business.Business response

I purchased a car from this establishment. Ive paid for all moneys asked. I never received my title or registration. I spoke to several employees and owner regarding this matter, not only were the employees rude and not helpful, there are completely trying to take advantage of me. Will not give me my title and or registration. The loan officer made several mistakes and due to those mistakes i never received my proper documents needed for my car. I e gotten several tickets and even put In jail due to this vehicle paperwork that was never done properly before letting me go. I was treated poorly , the office e was of no help regarding this matter and continue to try and put me at fault for this when it was the companys mistake. And still continue are trying to take advantage of the situation. I just wanted my title and reg. But because they didnt do thier job I am suffering.I have done everything and did everything I was suppose to do, n kept getting excuses why I havent rec anything regarding my vehicle I purchased. I do t have the money for lawyers and so on. Its a unfortunate situation that is effecting a lot of other things I. My life! They were of no help, very rude, and I believe because they screwed up, ate now giving me the run around. Was totally ************** mistake , and are giving E the run around are lying and just being inconsiderate of the fact that I have gotten pulled over n jailed multiple times due to the fact that my car isnt properly registered because of the mistakes this company has made. I purchased a vehicle from J&S on Jan 8th 2022. They specifically told me they would send the registration and plates as soon as they acquired them. I called back three weeks later to discover they didn't finish the paper work and needed the back of my drivers license. They said they would send the plates and registration over as soon as it was done again. I received a call Feb 8th that the plates were ready for me to pick up. At this point, my plates expired Feb 6th,2022 and this pick up was never discussed as an option. I was on vacation and didn't receive this voicemail until I returned on Feb 21. I Spoke to **** and he informed me the registration and plates would be sent that day and overnighted. I waited two days, called back, they were not sent, and I was told the would be sent, and again would overnight them. I called back the next two days, with the exact same conversation of the registration and plates not sent but they would send them overnight and provide me with a tracking number. They never provided me with a tracking number every day I requested it. Is still do not have a tracking number, or my plates and registration as of 2/26/22 and my vehicle is parked unable to be driven or inspected since 2.6.22.Business response

A number of things factored into the delay of the customers plates and registration. Fault was to be had on both sides. Ultimately the plates and registration were delivered by *** same day the complaint was filed.
