      I purchased products from this company on July 4th. I returned all products on via **** on Aug 2nd, and paid for the return shipping myself with tracking. I returned it to the address listed on their website for return and followed all return instructions. The return shipment was delivered to them on Aug 5th. On Aug 12th, I emailed them the tracking number and they acknowledged that they had received the return on Aug 5th. I gave them a month to sort it out and emailed them again on Sept 7th and Sept 12th to follow up, with no response from the company. I still have not been refunded and they are ignoring my emails regarding this issue.

      Bbb complaint wonderskin -Purchased items on 5/7/24 for $59.34 -Received an incomplete order on 5/15/24. Wrote to customer service and received a replacement for the missing item on 5/27/24.-Wrote to customer service regarding returning all the items on 6/1/24. -Followed all their instructions and made the return myself, including creating and paying for a shipping label with **** using tracking (unlike most companies who supply labels even if customer has to pay for return shipping).-My return was received at their facility on 6/13/24. -I sent proof of delivery and inquired about my refund on 6/29/24. I was told it would take 2-4 weeks to process the refund. -I still had no refund or response so I wrote asking for an update on 7/27/24 (more than 6 weeks from verified delivery) and notified I would dispute the original charge if there was no action taken. -The reply I received on 7/27/24 asked what I returned and I immediately replied on 7/27/24 verifying all the items were returned and again provided all the information for the items, order, and return tracking. -I still had no reply on 7/31/24 so I replied asking for an update; no response. -I still had no reply (and no refund) on 8/3/24 so I notified them I would dispute the original charge and file a BBB complaint since they were ignoring my emails and not upholding their end of the return and refund process. -As of the time of filing this complaint on 8/10/24 I still have no reply and no refund. It has been more than 8 weeks since they received my returned items.

      I purchased products from this company that I did not like. It was a matter of about three days that I sent back the three items only one was open. They told me to send the items back and I would get my refund. It's been over a month and I wasted $47 on their products plus another six dollars for postage to send them back. They keep saying when they find my product they will refund me. I provided them with the tracking number and my post office told me that they did receive the items that I sent back on June 17. The **************** is like texting a robot. You get the same response every time. This company will willingly take back the items but will not pay you back/refund you. I've never had a company do this to me and my whole life.

      Order was placed in error, customer service refused to cancel even though it didnt ship for another six days. After the initial denial of my cancellation request, my emails were ignored.

      I ordered three lip glosses and received those items on May 10, 2024 with a total purchase price of $47.40. On May 15, 2024, I contacted the company requesting information on how to initiate a return, based upon their 30 day return policy. I tried two of the lip glosses for color and didnt care for either. And returned all three, one of which was never opened. I returned the items to *******. **************************** with a tracking number revealing the items were received by the company on May 29, 2024. I have had numerous email contacts with the company requesting my refund, but they indicate each time, they need to receive approval from their warehouse regarding the receipt and inspection of returned items to proceed with the refund process, and that the return process typically spans 24 weeks despite the fact, I point out each time that they have exceeded the 30 day return policy indicated in the purchase of their products. I need assistance in collecting my refund as they continue to put me off with the same response each time.

      I purchased Wonderskin lip tint on 4/30/2024. The product DID NOT perform as advertised. I paid to mail the product back for a full refund as is Wonderskin policy. The product was received at there warehouse on 5/30/2024. Tracking information was provided to Wonderskin. Tracking Number: **********************. Wonderskin requested 2-4 weeks to process after 3 or 4 emails they are still asking for time to process the return. As of this writing it is 7/3/2024 and they are still asking for time to process. I believe the moneyback guarantee, return policy and process is a total scam to get customers to try to product but never provide refunds.

      Purchased and returned items totaling $84.04 had to pay $17 to return . The package was received and sign for by the warehouse. I have had to fight and fight to try and get my money back. The product burned my skin and is why I returned it in the first place . They refused to give me my money back and two months later I am still disputing with them. I would let it go but its the principal of the matter . Two months and counting . Stay away from of this business!

      I purchased lipstick items from Wonderskin (Received on March 8, 2024) totaling $48.37, and attempted to use. I had a reaction to the product that caused my lips to have burning and pain. I actually tried two different colors to ensure one was just not defective. I reached out to Wonderskin (email attached) informing them that I had burning from their product. They stated some people do have an allergic reaction and to return (I returned on March 13, 2024). My first message was via email, followed by multiple Facebook interactions, where they stated it would take 2 - 4 weeks for my refund to be returned. I spent $10.10, via **** (**** **********************) to ensure it was signed for. It was indeed signed for by their warehouse/holding site. Again I was told 2-4 weeks for a refund. I reached out to them on multiple occasions and I am still getting the runaround and have not received a solid answer. Only that it has to be checked in by the warehouse, and a refund will be issued. It is now 6+ weeks and I am still getting the same non answer. I provided all the details, including my return mail number, as well as, provided the information on Facebook messenger, and still nothing. I would also like my $10.10 for shipping returned as it makes no sense to return with signature and insurance if they have no idea what is in their receivable area. My **** receipt is also attached. Thank you for handling this on my behalf, as the vendor is not. I have also done a dispute thru ****** and it is pending a response from Wonderskin.
