I was given the eezy peezy climber as a gift. When I opened the box and went to put it together, I was missing half of the parts. I contacted the company and because I was given as a gift and do not have a receipt they refuse to help. I need the following parts: 2 of following parts: J2A, J3C, J4A, J4B, J6, and ****** covers I need 6 of the J5 part I need all requiring locking screws, n covers and dismantling tool. I only half of the connecting parts that is required to build it.Business response

Customer stated that she received our Eezy Peezy Monkey Bar climber as a gift and was missing parts to properly assemble this item. We will reach out to the customer and assist them with getting the missing parts.
