      Showed up late with a smaller truck than they promised so they had to make 2 trips, had inexperienced crew pack away my stuff then broke tv and 2 grandfather clocks, wound up using bogus insurance company they recommended who wouldnt pay for any damages they caused. Youd be better off renting a u-haul and getting some guys hanging outside the local 7-11. Sorry I ever contacted them.

      Good service and the prices is reasonable, The items were transported in a professional manner without any damage or scratching.       Did an out of State move with Van Express LLC and all went fairly smooth. I had a chance to deal directly with the head of the company and he was relatively candid and upfront about the process from start to bed, no bad surprises. Also, shout out to their ******* who managed the move and the crew members, really worked hard and ensure my inquiries were respected.

      Unfortunately, the customer's allegations are false and misleading. We had provided her with the moving services. Not only she was able to receive a discounted rate, but she is also claiming issues that did not happen in order to be compensated. We have put her claim through our insurance as a courtesy but she is seeking to be compensated for things we were not responsible for. This was clearly an attempt to deliberately hurt our reputation.

      The dishonesty continues:1. As an NJEA ******* Van ********************** automatically discounts the hourly rate for staff of public school employees through the Buyer's Edge program, that is how our family received a discount.2. The compensation I seek is for furniture that was flipped and damaged on concrete and dragged across a hardwood floor. There is a 17 foot scratch with multiple other scratches in my brand new home. Damages costing more than the labor of the move. 3. All 4 members of the crew were made aware of all damage, I took them in every room to show them. I called ***** B when the damage first began and said to handle everything with *********** manager. **** apologized for his crew's issues. He told my husband and I that this was not his typical crew. He explained that this is a sub crew with little experience. He said everything would be taken care of. They took a 20 minute break to recompose and work smarter.4. When the job ended after hours, past 8:00pm (arrived an hour and a half late to start), **** said that I would need to talk with management and the insurance person the next morning. He guaranteed that everything would be taken care of. 5. On the next morning, Office manager ***** B, did not call me back. I heard nothing for two weeks until the head of Buyer's Edge got involved.6. My move was in June 2021. It is now January 2022 and nothing has been rectified. I hope no one experiences this sort of aggregation when moving into their new home.

      We hired Van Express to handle our complicated move after being referred to them by friends who liked their work. We were asking them to help us pack house belongings to put in a POD for storage and to pack belongings to move locally within a 5 mile radius. They provided estimates and showed up with crew on time. The first day of work was illustrative of what was to come - before the crew showed up, their insurance provider called and recommended I purchase a policy to cover any damages and that she would walk me through every step of the way. I agreed to do so at an additional cost to my move of over $400.00. Among the crew that showed up to pack, were workers who said it was their first day. I later learned that after Van Express secured my moving business they secured a large move that required a team that was bigger than they had available. They did not ask to reschedule me or communicate anything so I was not aware that the crew at my house was new. When I called the office an employee said they had a huge move over a several day period and it was very important. I guess my move wasn't as important. The packers did a fair job but I had to ask them to re-pack many items the following day as the boxes were taped very sloppy and some not even closed. The worker who was taking apart a bed called me to to show me a crack on the bed frame after he worked on a s**** taking it apart - he claimed he did not cause the crack - it is a Restoration Hardware bed frame and was very pricey so I believe he caused the crack. The workers were inconsistent in their work performances - at least one worker spent much of his time on his telephone standing around outside. The team leaders seemed to be the most experienced over the 3 days I had packers and movers. When the packers moved the big bed frame from the upstairs bedroom, they pushed the bedroom door handle into the drywall and left a hole that they did not tell me about. the movers who moved a couch out of my basement, scraped paint off the walls, doors and stair railing. They did not mention the damages. The movers wrapped my white couch and living room chairs in plastic to move and when they took the plastic off in my new home the white couch was covered in black oil type stains - there was also a stain on the white chair. I called the lead salesman to discuss and he asked if I would try to get it cleaned without filing an insurance claim. Van Express also requested payments daily for the work and in cash. I tried to open dresser drawers after the move and one drawer still won't open. I had to file an insurance claim as there was so much damage to my belongings and property I did not expect the company to be able to do a quick fix. The insurance company, Move ********************** LLC requested documentation of everything which I provided and they have not responded to my calls.I am very disappointed in this business and and their insurance carrier - I will move forward with an attorney if necessary. Selling a service an not delivering it is unacceptable - I would not recommend Van Express to anyone.

      It is already January 2022 and I moved in July 2021 - I have not been able to use my furniture properly since Van Express moved me. For them to say my allegations are false when I provided photographic documentation as to the damages is just another example of How unprofessional they have been in handling this situation. I cannot recommend ******** would like to get this settled before I have to move again! Needless to say - I would NOT use their services nor recommend them again.
