Went through the chain of command from Geico to the actual representaves in the company. Also up to the supervisor, which is unfortunate. Because you are an insurance company they think their repromand to the customers is presentable. I have been trying to correct an issue that took me to the creditor company of which I did not give permission to even bill me. Everyone wants from me proof to make them feel better of their job that is actually PPI on my part the do not need. Through all, my loan office would have been paying your company for my home if I gave permission. There was none in anything. If proof needed I need to hear from your office, which should not be needed. I heard I was billed from your office without any consent by a credit ****** that has applied against my credit without cause or proof. For one, the people in our office either needs to be re-educated on their acutal job or released even up to the supervisor who thinks they are better because they think thieir position is protected by an actual insurance angency. If this is the case, this proves your company is incorrect even within your own laws. I would like to speak to your office for a resolution without giving my own representaves that are taking care of me. Thanks.
