I used ************** to purchase something from Spectrum Home Furnishing or Gallery Lighting which is doing business interchangeably. I reached out to Spectrum multiple times for them to refund, send product , or replace the broken chandelier that was purchased back in November. The first product I selected in October was not received because I was advised it was discontinued. I reached out to Spectrum for another product and had advised that I have been waiting a month on them to send the item. I have spoken to multiple people at both Affirm and Spectrum for a resolution. Spectrum keeps telling me one thing and when having the conversation with ****** another about refunding or picking up the merchandise. I get manager after manager advising they will see to it and resolve it. I spoke with ******************* on March 7, *************************************************************************** an email stating that they will have someone from the warehouse pick it up. He stated he is the manager and not to keep contacting them anymore because he would see that it gets picked up this week. I spoke with another customer service person on February 14th advising not to send back the product and to get rid of it if I like per the warehouse and countless others before then. I have been dealing with this craziness with this company since November 2022. I have to keep opening a dispute with ****** because they both refuse to acknowledge and confirm that there is nothing I can do with a broken chandelier which is still in the box how they sent it to me. Spectrum will not provide Affirm with the truth presumptuously because they both advise me to refer back to the other after advising they did not want to pick up the item. Spectrum advised they will give affirm confirmation to refund and not to send back in chandelier. When I speak with Affirm, they state that Spectrum says they need to pick up the product. This has been going on for almost 4 months with no resolution yet.
