      I originally gave this company 5 Stars but after using the water mitigation system its definitely changed. Its constantly not working and I've had them out 4 times and got charged twice to fix the same part. I think the biggest reason you shouldn't use this company is that they have no accountability. While they were "fixing" my water system I gave the workers specific instructions not allow the dog in the room and lock the door. The dog was let in and proceeded to eat rat poison. The dog is ok but I've reached out to **** and **** and they refuse to take responsibility. Don't let these people in your home because they wont take responsibility and they will refuse to show you there Certificate of insurance. I had to call 4 times and they refuse to show any liability insurance. **** had **** call me to negotiate the vet bill and wanted me to sign waiver. Just dirty people and don't do business with this company.

      Nice technician, bad communication. After radon remediation, the first test came back from the lab saying that it had been in the mail too long. I followed every instruction and used their packaging and mailing label. When I complained, they sent another test, which passed.30 days later, they sent a letter saying that I must have the inspections completed within 30 days. Hmmmm.... The letter also said, "Once the final inspection is completed, you must phone our office so that we can close out your file. ... Failure to complete these inspections could result in the loss of Radon Reduction Warranty." The letter is from "*************************, President" and has no phone number. Hmmmmm.... I feel like I'm being set up for no warranty.If ******* really wants customers to complete this step, they should at least include the phone number that they demand we call, and -- better -- they should include an email address so that customers can send a copy of their completed inspections. Customers would also have some evidence that we have notified *******.

      Absolute bunch of crooks. They have a monopoly for water testing and dont give a c*** about customer service or quality testing. I asked for a specific metric and they said it would be included in the test. They then said it was an internal number. For someone testing the water my family uses, I wouldnt trust this unethical and vile company with something so valuable. I complained about their service and they proceeded to gaslight me. They better hope I dont decide to one day open a water testing company because I will actually care about the water people drink and provide quality services.

      Disgusting service!!! They charged 487 dollars to change a light bulb!!! They are crooks and the tech said they would said a report but did not and claimed the radioactive levels were internal information. Never use this company for your water needs. I called and complained and they hung up. Disgusting as this is water my family drinks!

      These people don't know what they're doing. The person who is buying my house hired them to do a radon test. They went into a basement with an open window and a fan running and set up their test. Naturally, it failed and they bold-faced lied about it, claiming their tech closed the window and shut off the fan and that someone else must have gone down there and reopened the window and turned on the fan. Nobody had been in that basement during that test. The house was vacant. I went down there to check the window myself and it had cobwebs on the crank, indicating that they never closed it in the first place, as they claimed, before setting up their test. Naturally, they wanted us to pay for another test, even though it was clearly the tech's inexperience that caused this mistake. What professional would set up a radon test in a basement with an open window and a fan running knowing that would mess up the results of the test? If their tech's don't know what they're doing, that's their responsibility. Not the customer. The worst part is that they didn't own the mistake and did nothing to make it right. I am going to pay for another radon test myself, but I insisted the buyer use another company because these people are untrained, unprofessional, and dishonest. I see this tech is also licensed with the ****** plan to file a complaint with them as well.
