      I leased my new car Subaru forester 2024 from the dealership Ciocca Subaru Of Flemington. on may,7,2024, it was dent in the right side of the car, I contacted the dealership and customer support to refund my down payment of $5634, or exchange to other car. But I didn't get any response from them up to date, only just promised and using time for no positive actions . I am surprised how big business like that they can lieng the customer and saled car has damaged as a new car. Please I need help, thanks

      I am writing you in response to the letter we received from you about ***********************. ****** leased a new 2024 Subaru Forester on May 7, 2024. His lease was contracted with $5,634.70 as down money. This was explained to him many times and for some reason he believes that he should get this money back, which is not owed to him. Please let me know if you need anything else in resolving this matter.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      i leased this car without window sticker, it was like demo car, car had have 71 milles,they washed the car and cleaned the car inside and ouside to cover it was used as demo car, the car have had 2 dents. I contect the dealers ships and the Customer suport to resolved the issuses by switch to another new car car or rfuned my down payment. But i did not get it any response!

      The window sticker was presented and given to the customer at the time of delivery. Vehicle was not a demo car and was not used, it was leased as new. The car was cleaned and detailed, just like every car we sell, not to cover up anything. The customer brought up one dent to us two days after taking delivery of the car. We tried to fix it for him, but customer refused. There has been multiple attempts to resolve any issues with ****** and he will not let us.

      It is not true if some body gave to me the window sticker or it was there, please should be video camera in the delarship you can review the video camera and you will see the true , i went to the dealarship to fix the dents and i left the car from 9am to 4pm then i went to pick up the car but they did not fix the dents.
