My children puchased a 14k solid gold chain from PriceRock.com for me as a Christmas gift. When the chain arrived I did not like it so they exchanged for a new one. I like it and I was wearing this chain for past three years and recently I decided to go to jewelry store to clean this chain because it lost it shine, the jeweler told me the the chain is not 14 k solid gold only a clasp is.the chain was 10k gold I could not believe it. I have original receipts and pictures of the chain upon arrival because I was sending thank you text with pictures to my son in **. I demand apology and exchange for the one that is solid 14 k gold not the 10 k they send to me, *****************************Initial Complaint

Details of a chain that I shouldve purchased from Price rock were 20 inch 5.5 mm thick **** g of solid 14 karat gold, what I received was a 20 inch chain 14 a little over 14 g of gold and its 10 karat gold instead of the 14 I was promised, that is totally deceitful and definitely malicious, Meanwhile I tried to call and got a recording said to email them and theyll get back to me in a couple days or longer which is total BSBusiness response

We will send you a prepaid return label to send this one back so we can examine this chain. Our shipping team triple checks each order before they ship however we may have sent an incorrect chain. We hope to resolve this issue amicably.

I order a merchandise from this website and there putting my item on hold because of the billing address. but when I try to reach out to them seems like nobody is replying back to me and its getting really frustrating.Business response
