I submitted my cancellation form for my membership with Massage Envy last year (Aug 2023) (See attached .pdf). I have not set foot inside the storefront since. They have ignored all subsequent emails from me. Since I submitted the cancellation form they have charged me FIVE times ($79.95 in Feb, Mar, Apr, Jun, Jul 2024) without my authorization and following multiple emails to them asking them to stop and refund my money. They are ignoring my communications (except it seems after my email to them on May 6 telling them I do not expect to get charged - I was not charged that month but still they did not contact me). I have asked for contact info for someone in Corporate to forward this to and have not received an email back. I'm seriously at a loss. I made the decision to cancel after being a loyal member since 2015 however in the last 18months cannot afford this "luxury" anymore but they have continued to ignore my communications. I have detailed email chains I can forward to you if needed that I sent to them with attachments and screen shots of the unauthorized payments.
