Business ProfileforJRH Paving

Tried to deal with JRH Paving. Had a signed contract for 2 jobs. There were some concrete issues that had to be done first. I contacted them to inform them that it was ready for them.Was told it would be done by the end of the month. (Sept). Well that didn't happen. Then was told would be done by end of Oct. as promised. That didn't happen. They don't stay in contact with you. Don't answer e-mails. Kutztown phone never answers. Got into Nov. and told them not to do it any more this year. Told them if they want the job in spring let me know. I got a give me a number in the next 30 mins I'll call you. Text back the number and guess what. No call. Poor business practices

This is from owner of jrh asphalt!!Do to your driveway was extremely small!! And a extremely busy year last paving season, we made several attempts to do your driveway and you wouldnt let us!! You had a concrete apron installed when I should have paved driveway first so we wouldnt break your new contract with are large equipment, we dont have small equipment!!!! Regardless yes we did promise we would get you done as you mentioned, but we did before than try to schedule and you denied it. I apologize that we where extremely busy and was on large commercial projects at that time. I do apologize and understand your upset!! Do to the size of your job we tried are best with good attention we just couldnt pull of other jobs. And to be clear!! We did not ever have you on a scheduled date to start work !! We would never leave anyone hanging!!!! If your job isnt complete yet I would be more than happy to put you on are spring schedule!! But we are already booking quickly and have a few spots left, so anyone that calls at last minute we cannot schedule for spring time.Ones again I highly apologize and Im sorry you feel that way about my company that didnt provide any services at your property.Thanks

There is nothing worse then a bad business man then a liar. E mails dated Tues. Oct.12 2021 2:36pm. " Hi *******, How are you? I left you a message this morning letting you know I spoke to *** and he said to let you know It will definitely be done by the end of October as wanted and promised. I would say not next week the week after you should be done.Last E mail dated Nov, 20 2021 11:42 am. from me to JRH Well, It's very apparent this job is not going to get done after two promises from you that it would. So, at this point Do not do the job the remainder of 2021. Either place ( addresses placed here) . If you want the job in the spring let me know. If I don't hear from you I will assume you don't. Very disappointed. I never got a reply. So, His reply is false. Note the dates. He never tried to do the job after signing a contract. I even purchased plywood to put down on the concrete.He did get one thing right. He has bigger fish to fry then a residential job. I gave him two jobs to do. Signed a contract but didn't need the job so, It was blown off. As stated in his reply.

Your correct Im not calling you a liar, but you cannot call me a liar are a bad business ******** There never was a written set up date and time scheduled for your driveway. And we didnt perform any services that you could complain about. So again I do apologize that we have given you a round about time ! But we didnt set a scheduled date.
