Signed contract in February for April 16 &17th install. Had me pay in full before job was complete. On day 1 they didn't have all the materials and called me after was half completed and canceled day 2 of the install. It went downhill fast from there: finally came back that Saturday and didn't have all the materials to complete the job. Set a date for may4th to complete and after confirming sent me an email that they needed to cancel because all the materials were not in. Funny came on may9th job is not completed to spec 2 sections are much shorter. The designer must not have measured correctly but all in all the job was not completed as outlined in the contract and the owner wants to do nothing about it. And when I disputed the charge they are now threatening to put a lien on my home. This is not how a company should conduct business. And I tried calling the owner with no return call and the parent company could care less. Basically I have no recourse for a job that was not completed as it his have beenInitial Complaint

I had a design come for a custom closet in the fall of 2023. I clearly explained what I wanted. I waited until January for installation and her design did not meet expectations for what had been discussed. I spoke with 3 different managers including *********************** until finally someone was sent to my home to look at the closet. They stated that what I had asked for overall was not possible despite what the designer had told me. The suggested reconfiguring the closet which I agreed to. However now they are insisting I pay an additional amount for their error. They stated the closets are custom and they need new pieces but the error is not my issue. I am not a designer- I cannot look at their drawings and make anything out of it. They should be fixing this at no cost to me
