            We hired Prismatic Photo & Cinema (Vinny) to be our wedding photographer/videographer for October 2022. We paid him in full prior to our wedding and then even tipped him generously the day of for a total of $4,000. It has been a full year now of trying to get a hold of him to get our wedding albums and final print. He has ignored us, lied to us and made all kinds of excuses as to why he has yet to fulfill his contract. He took thousands from us and we have little to show for it. The most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. A true scam artist.

            I would not even add a star. He pretty much stole the money. I booked him for my wedding, but had to cancel the service. He said he would give me the refund but never heard from him back and never refunded my money. He said he is changing his company name to totally different name in the future. Whatever the new company name is, just be aware of his name.
