      Bought a Kenmore upright Freezer from Lowes March 2022.Inside freezer started to freezer ice crystals on the food Made a warranty claim in December of 2022 Technician came out made a claim to replace the whole door, said these freezers had a broken seal on doors I stayed in contact with the manufacturer warranty department 3 months later still no door had been received, I stayed in contact with the customer service team constantly trying to get my issue resolved She told me doors where on back order for 1 year As of today July 8, 2024 my freezer is not functioning properly This is the name of the warranty company Winiadaewoo Electronics America, Inc. ********************************* ***************** ************** Tech Support: ************** Fax: ************ No longer have a working phone number

      On May 10, 2022 I purchased the following item online from Lowes Home Improvement Kenmore 18.5 Cubic foot Chest Freezer Model = KLFC019MWD0 Serial Numbers on back of freezer as follows: ******** ***********  ******** **** **** **** The unit was manufactured by the business listed on the claim. Freezer was delivered on 5/11/2022 Costs of purchase as follows: Freezer = $779.00 Haul Away Fee = $40.00 Tax = $54.53 Total Cost = $873.53 Freezer ran great for exactly two years. I was out of town the weekend of 5/4/2024. Upon returning home on 5/6/2024 I found that the freezer had ceased to cool and that everything that was in the freezer was melted and ruined. It had to all be thrown out. There was hundreds of dollars of food that I had to get rid of because of the freezer dying. The green light on the front of the unit showed it had power but it would not cool. I tried resetting by unplugging the unit and leaving if sit for a while but that did not work. I called Kenmore and basically they told me that the unit had a one year warranty and I would have to pay to have someone come out. I had repair person that I know personally come out and tell me that the compressor was junk and was the reason the unit was no longer working. I then went and looked at Lowes website and checked recent reviews for this unit. I found that numerous people had experienced the same thing that I did. This being the case I believe that the manufacturer is selling lemons and should be held accountable. I would like my freezer replace with a brand new unit at no charge to me including deliver and haul away of the old unit. I would also like reimbursement for the food that I had to throw out because of the freezer dying.

      In June 2022 I purchased a Kenmore upright freezer from Lowes with a 1 year warranty. In May of 2023 we noticed extensive frost build up and had a repair man sent from Sear to look at it. He determined the door was warped and advised he needed to order a new one.We have not heard back from him as of this date, and now the freezer has quit cooling, resulting in $100's of dollars of meat and other food being spoiled.Called Kenmore customer service and they advised this model was made by a 3rd party and they no longer produced parts for it.What can be done to get this thing fixed, replace, or exchanged? I paid $1000 for a freezer a little more than a year ago and have had a warranty claim going for 6 months with no resolution.Product information to follow Model KLFU021AWD0 Serial ************** Purchased June 12, 2022 $973.67 from Lowes Order # *********

      We purchased a Criterion refrigerater from Menards in June 2023 for our new construction home. Moved into the home in July, the ice maker quit working in August. Called the 800 number for help. Said they would send a technician out within **** business days. Called them after 2 weeks to ask when the service tech was coming. Said they wouldn't be able to get parts (never saw anyone actually look at the fridge to troubleshoot the problem) so how about a $500 dollar concession ? I said no - we want a fridge with a working ice maker. They offered us to return the fridge to Menards and they would give us a new refrigerator. What ? Crazy. Took the all paperwork to Menards, and they checked inventory, with zero same model refrigerators in stock in a 3 state area, due to the model we purchased was on sale as a closeout. Related this updated information to them and said we would take the original $500 concession to purchase a stand alone ice maker and minor remodeling costs to the kitchen pantry. They said OK and sent me a release form. Signed the form and emailed it back. Waited a couple weeks and asked when the check would be arriving. Received a reply saying the check was delayed indefinitely. And that brings you up to date.

      I purchased Winia WRFS26DBCE French Door Bottom Mount Refrigerator, 26 Cu Ft, Black in March of 2023. It has been a poor product from the start. The big issues are that the freezer over freezes and everything is frost bitten, and then the fridge does not stay cool. It was a ***** fridge and it is 5 months old and does not work. I have had no response with getting support, although I have been within the one year warranty period. The customer service line seems to be a scam. They opened a case with me CASE# CC2300357D. Whenever I try to call to get an update, they say there is nothing they can do besides "inform the case manager". I purchased this product through Amazon. I want a refund or a replacement.

      We made the mistake of purchasing a Kenmore Freezer (model KLFU021AWD0, Serial #**************) from Lowes on 7/25/22. It stopped cooling on 8/20/23. I have contacted Kenmore customer support to ask if they can help me since it is not quite 13 months old. The customer support staff was rude and told me it was “out of warranty” and I could just “deal with it” and pay to have it fixed myself. I pleaded with the lady to make this right and she was belligerent and told me she would do nothing to help me. Is this the way Kenmore treats its customers?? I paid $1068.93 for a freezer that is dead a year later. I cannot believe that a company will not stand behind a product and will hide behind a date and tell their customers to just “deal with it”. I have owned several Kenmore appliances in the past….but if Kenmore doesn’t make this right, it will be my last. I will also make it my goal to make sure no one else purchases another other either.

      I bought a Kenmore refrigerator, and the Winia part installed in the fridge water inlet valve cracked, causing property damage in my home. My insurance company covered many expenses, but Winia refuses to pay the rest of the balance to me even though they have settled with my insurance company. Please avoid any parts or fridges made by this company as they don't value their customer and will do anything to cheat and betray them.

      Kenmore fridge was purchased from ****** within warranty period the fridges water pump exploded and flooded our kitchen. A claim was filed through ***** 3rd party insurance company (Sedgwick) A settlement agreement was offered by winia (the producer of the part and the at fault party) I agreed to it and signed.It has been 14 months we have been waiting for the settlement money. ******** agent assigned to our case says winia wont pay because theyre broke.No recourse via a lawyer because weve signed a settlement agreement.

      Purchased Kenmore frost-free freezer Model # FU021AWD# from ***** in Alexandria, LA, 71301, on July 1, 2022. I called for service when ice formed in the top 3rd of the freezer (much ice). Service man said the door was warped which was a common problem and would need to be replaced. They couldn't get a door. They talked about replacing the freezer. I told them I did not want the same kind of freezer because of the problems with the door. That was on January 6, 2023. I called them again 2/6/23. They said a request was sent to HQ. No answer. Called again 3/13 and again on 3/27. I got the same answer. Nothing, yet, from HQ. Today is 4/24 and I still haven't heard from them. Meanwhile, the whole top section of the freezer is covered in ice and the items are probably all freezer burned. I have no place else to put the food. NOTE: The correct address for the company could be *********** ***** *** **** ** ********** **** ***** **** I'm not sure. Also I have not been able to upload the documents you requested so I am putting them in the mail tonight. Your web sight would not let me print out most of this complaint form or I would have sent everything together.
