      After filling out an online form to get insurance information in email form, within 3 seconds I began getting bombarded by phone calls. When I asked the rep to stop, she said the auto dialer wouldn’t stop until I provided information. I don’t know how to get them to stop after 18 calls in 1.5 hours. I am a 64 yr old and this is causing me unnecessary stress.

      I write in response to Complaint #******** (the Complaint). TZ Insurance Solutions LLC (the Company) is a licensed insurance agency that employs licensed insurance agents who assist consumers with enrollments into insurance plans over the telephone.  The Company calls people who have requested a call from a licensed insurance agent by, for example, opting in through an online webform, returning a completed business reply card and/or calling in response to an advertisement and requesting a call back.

      In the Complaint, **************** expressed that he no longer wishes to receive telephone calls from the Company. Unfortunately, the phone number provided in the Complaint is missing a digit, preventing us from processing this request. If **************** could kindly provide the full phone number, we will ensure his Do Not Call request is processed promptly. As a courtesy, we have added the mailing address and email address listed in the Complaint to our Do Not Contact lists.

      ON FEB 27 I INITALLY SOUGHT INFORMAIONT ABOUT MY MEDICAITONS AND DOCTORS FROM TZINSURANCE. I WAS TOLD EVERYTHING WOULD BE COVERED AD THERE WOULD BE NO. ISSUES. I PARTICAULLY WAS CONCERNED ABOUT ONE OF MY MEDICINES CALLED MOUNJARO BCAUSE SO MANY POEOPLE ARE ON OR WEIGHT LOSS. I AM ON IT FOR DIABETES ALONG WITH WEIGHT LOSS. I HAVE BEEN TAKING IT FOR OVER 8 MONTHS AND WAS TRYING TO REDUCE MY DRU COSTS. ON FEB 29 ************************* AND I SPOKE AGAIN AND SHE SAID SHE CALLED AETNA TO MAKE SURE MY MEDICNE WAS COVERED. IN FACT SHE SAID SHE TOLD THE **** FROM AETNA TO MAKE SURE THE INFORMATION WAS CORRECT AND THE **** WOULD BE COVERED BECUASE "THE PATIENT WOULD BE COMING FOR HER." ( i NEVER SAID ANYTHING LIKE THAT TO HER BUT I WAS FIRM. ON THE 29TH WITH ELLE I SAID I WOULD SWITCH .ONCE DONE WITH HERE SHE SWITHCED ME TO SOMEONE ELSE IN THE OFFICE TO VERIFY" AND WHEN HE BECAME TO LONG WINDED I TOLD HIM TO FORGET IT, I WOULDN'T SWITCH. ON MARCH 1 I TRIED TO GET MY MEIDCATION AND FOUND THE SWITCH OF POLICIES WAS ACTIVATED. BUT I ALSO FOUND MY MEDICAATION WAS NOT COVERED. I AM IN A HORRIBLE BIND NO, I CANT GO BACK ON MY OLD PLAN UNTIL APRIL 1 AND THAT MEANS AN ENTIRE MONTH WITH A NEEDED MEDICATION. I DON'T KNOW WHAT SHE GOT PAID TO DO THIS TO ME.

      Based on phone logs, TZ Insurance Solutions agents repeatedly had called by 86 year old father (who is deaf and uses closed caption phone,has dementia and lives in assisted living facility); at some point he provided the agent with his ******** information because there was a letter "Important Information about your New Plan" for an Aetna ******** Advantage plan and his coverage had started 2/1/24 (3 weeks ago). I called the ** Insurance number I asked if a credit card was used, she said there was no premium for the plan, but couldn't provide any details; I asked if this plan would cancel out his existing UHC/AARP supplemental that he's had for 2 decades and she said yes. I was then transferred to another person to cancel the person said it was "in processing" and couldn't cancel and to wait 7-10 business days. I said it has been 21 days since the effective date, but the answers went around in circles. I haven't yet followed up with insurance companies but clearly TZ Insurance solutions is conducting fraud and financial elder abuse.

      TZ Insurance Solutions LLC, *************************************************************************** dba ********Supplement.com at ************** is calling & emailing to offer ******** supplement insurance. I am currently already covered and am happy with my insurance.I want them to add my phone number to their Do Not Call list and never bother me again - no matter what company they say their representing. I do not want to deal with a company that uses deceptive and high pressure tactics. I feel they are taking advantage of senior citizens. I tried to ask them to stop calling, but I don't believe they took any action.

      On September 27th, I received two calls from ************. The caller ID stated they were TZ insurance. I blocked the number the first time, yet it came in again a second time later in the day.I called the number to tell them to stop, a woman answered and rudely made the argument that I called her. I told her to stop the calls, she said it would take 30 days and hung up. I have done no business with TZ insurance at all. I am on the do not call list

      I Friday the 18th of August I was in contact with TZ sales and was misinformed concerning benefits promised on a recorded line which were mispresented. It involves a dental additional 50% payment for additional dental services above the ******** allowance for comprehensive dental covers cost for $0 copay. I am willing to pay the $31 per month for the additional coverage; 50% but they did not confirm that by their customer service team.Im requesting that the insurance application to ***************** be withdrawn and not replace my existing policy with Aetna. This was fake sales pitch to influence my decision and needs to be reported and action taken to protect my right to cancel the application.the pitch was on a recorded line. I have no written documentation to attach at this time.

The Complaint also indicated that ******************** did not want to be enrolled in that plan. Our *********** team confirmed that the application was cancelled before it was submitted to ****************** and that ******************** was never enrolled in that plan, per his request. If ******************** has any further questions, he's encouraged to call our *********** team at ************.

      Different “agents” call several times a day & several days in a row, but only left one message. Robokiller denied the call going thru to my cell phone and marked it spam. Appropriate because theyre spoofing with a local phone, but they are by no means local. They say they’re following up on my request for health insurance information but I made no such request. They're just saying that go get around disregarding the Do Not Call List. Read all the complaints here, nobody wants your annoying phone calls …..
