I first called Penske to rent a truck. I searched on ****** and found a local rental company. After reading the ****** reviews I gave it a shot. The reviews were true the person named was even there. I didn't say I read a review I wanted to see if they were true. How can a place have all positive reviews? The companies yard is in walking distance from my home. By the *********************************************************. I reserved a 22 Foot box truck to help a friend move. When I came to pick it up I was greeted by forgot his name and was asked if I would like a drink. Another person named *** asked if I needed help. I gave him my name, he asked if I would like to look at the vehicle. we went outside. I opened the back and saw moving blankets'. I said how much are those. He smiles and says, your using the truck to move furniture right? I say Yes. He says I figured you would need them so i put them in there, WOW It was amazingly stress free. I was dreading to go thru thru the process. The interior was spotless inside. I didn't want to drink the soda they had given me. *** was amazing so far. When I returned, they took a minute to look at the truck and said thank you have a nice day.I'm thinking to myself a business that actually did its job well without any excuses like oh it's more money because of covid, or the blankets are $50 because there hard to get, It will be $35 because the truck is dirty. It had snowed so there was salt on the truck.
