I have attached the 2 checks that were given to Hassan from One Horizon LLC in the total amount of $39 000, he said the roof repair is $15000 and he finally agreed to return some of the other money after the roof installation (4 months after the roof installation) after so many calls and text to him to return me the rest of the money. In his, 1/20/23 response on Thumbtack, he says that he did the work for FREE, which is a lie. He started the roof renovation 11/2021, to this day he has not given me a written warranty for the roof installation, refuses to finish the roof repair, and he is not responsive to my numerous emails and text messages to repair the leaks. Since the roof is "done", there is a leak every time it rains. We cannot use the space of two bedrooms, because of the roof leaking. At this point, I don't want to have any contact with him (he screamed at me in a presence of my kids, and the conversation is recorded, unprofessional, and offensive, he is a threat to my kid's health). He is not capable of doing the work, the first subcontractor that he send, made chaos on the roof, and Hassan admitted in July 2022 that he stopped working with the subcontractor, because he did badly on his other projects. Then Hassan sends a new team to redo half of the roof, but again leaks from 3 spots, and now he is refusing to validate the 10-year warranty. He send another subcontractor who said, "This is very bad, let me talk with Hassan, this is not done right". I had numerous contractors for a 2nd opinion and they all said the same "worst job we have seen", for how badly the project is done, they gave me drone pics and reports. The next step for Hassan will be court filings because I don't want another kid to be distressed like my kids were, no other family should go through this harassment. I stand to provide more pictures, videos, and reports. I will have soon a home inspection report as well.
