            I was referred to **** initially with high regards but I ended up being completely robbed. I had them come out to test the well water and ultimately install a water remediation kit appropriate to the outcome of the water test results. At the end of the visit I was asked by the guys to pay $150 cash. (Red flag) They advised me a receipt would be emailed later on. (Never happened) So I waited over a month without hearing anything by phone or email and I began following up weekly requesting a status update on the test results and was told I would receive a call back and that they didnt know why the results werent available yet. After about 8 of these weekly phone calls I finally asked for a refund and was quickly contacted by **** administration via email that there is no record I ever paid nor did they offer an explanation on why the results never came. ***** employee robbed me and the owner is not willing to make it right! I highly advise you use someone else for heating and plumbing services. I will remove this complaint once I receive my refund.

            Two years ago I would have given them a 4 star rating as we have used them regularly for plumbing and heating for a number of years and even recommended them to other neighbors. However, most recently we had an emergency call off hours as our furnace would not go on. They refused to come stating to us that we were not a customer of theirs. After numerous calls, they still claimed we were not a customer, even when we sent the owner of the company documentation that we were (including a recent sticker on our furnace). Then they stopped communicating with us all together. Luckily we were able to address our problem later that night (as it was below freezing). At this point I would not recommend this service to anyone -- STAY AWAY!!!
