Freehold Raceway Car Wash has been my car wash of choice for over a decade, with a monthly membership. I loved the previous owner, handlers and front desk staff. Always so welcoming, courteous and careful in the handling of my vehicle.Over the last year I've increasingly been disappointed in the service both in results and staff only to find out that the wash is under new ownership. This last experience left me appalled. I personally witnessed my foot brake being broken with how rough it was shoved into the floor of my car (absolutely unnecessary since I was not parked on a hill) and found that my fab for my car keys was broken (again an absolutely UNNECESSARY event as my car starts with a power button and the fab is kept in a center console out of reach) having been taken out of its customary safe spot and found on the floor of my car having been rolled over by the mechanics of the seat.I have taken theses matters up with both the staff AND the (absentee) owner - *****, with no results now for weeks. I am told to contact their insurance company, however, I am never provided with the insurance company info to speak to directly. I have threatened to remove my business indefinitely and the response is 'Good riddance' as if I've not been a valued client of more than a decade. I've been treated as if I am a complainer and seeker of bad situations. I am in fact a business owner of more than 5 decades and appreciate the value of small business operations. I also have integrity and value the meaning of customer service - The client is always the most important part of a functioning and successful business.This client is extremely unhappy with the handling of these events and intends on making sure that future clients of the Freehold Raceway car wash are aware of my dissatisfaction.
