I would like my horse tail returned to me. I ordered three memorial gifts from them in October 2022 and I’ve been sending follow up emails since I received a shipping notification, but it never actually shipped. I just want my horse tail back.Initial Complaint

******************* ****** the proprietor for a horsehair bracelet made from my deceased horse's tail hair. I sent her the horsehair via US express mail at my expense of $10+She sent a number of messages stating the bracelet had been shipped and the tracking number was forthcoming.A tracking number was never sent.The product was never received.Then she provided a number of excuses for why the product was never sent, whci she had earlier stated was sent.******* ****** the proprietor became very hostile when she asked to provide the bracelet or return the horsehair.Initial Complaint

Ordered August 28, 2022. 5 horse tail mini brushes. Was hoping to get them by Christmas but i misplaced one of the horse tails and was late shipping the hair so i missed the deadline. No biggie. After Christmas had come and gone i began emailing with no responses.Initial Complaint

Sent in horse hair and paid for custom order in October 2022. Contacted them December 21. Received email that said post office had been notified a package would be coming in for delivery. Nothing received. Tracking never updated. Contacted again late December, said package mailed lots of frustration They mentioned with ***** Contacted again early January and January 19.. no response. I purchased a bracelet made form the horse hair that I sent them on 7-5-22 I paid for the item from my checking account using "Zelle". $83.80.I have tried to reach out to them many time via Email, messenger, and phone calls. They do not respond to me at all.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this company and they have not produced any product or refunded my money. The order was placed June 10th and payment was made on a credit card. The company said it was in the mail but postal tracking says it wasnt mailed. Now they arent responding to my emails, messages or acknowledging me.Initial Complaint

Levade Equestrian Jewelry also goes by Heart Horse Customs and Amateur Equestrian. Has failed to return a bracelet I had them fix. It was returned to them on April 28, 2022 and I was promised I'd have it back in a week. It is now almost two months later. I have no bracelet and am getting no response when I try to message them. I ordered this bracelet in October with a promise that I would have it by Christmas. After many conversations back and forth I finally received it in January. I returned it to Amateur Equestrians on February 28, 2022 to have it repaired. This bracelet was made with horse hair that I can not replace as I no longer have the horses. I want my bracelet but if they can't return I would like the $165 I paid for it.,Initial Complaint

In October 2021, I paid Amateur Equestrian, AKA Heart Horse Customs, $115.00 to make a bracelet for my granddaughter for Christmas, After many messenger conversations where I was promised it was in the mail and every other excuse they could think of I finally received it in late January. The horse hair was already beginning to come out and when the clasp was opened one whole section pulled away. I contacted them and they said return it and they would fix it. On February 28, 2022 I returned it with a promise from them that it would take a week to fix. As of today's date, April 28, 2022 I have not received the bracelet and they have blocked me on *********
