    STILL WAITING!I Leased a new GLE 350, the front passenger SEAT Heating and Cooling option was not working, I scheduled a service, their policy is not to GIVE Loaner ***S to people who do not LEASE directly from their dealership. As a discriminatory punishment they the offer UBER back and forth. THE *** was in service whole day and no one looked at car, the next day they looked at car and supposedly fixed the issue, they ubered my wife to pick up the car as i was at work. When i got home to check the car, the two buttons were STILL NOT WORKING and ISSUE was not fixed at all.I called them and made to leave a message with the SERVICE Manager *****.***** called me next morning and promised me a loaner next time, apologized for issue not being fixed. I show up next week at 800am in the morning to give them the car back Second time for SERVICE and ask to meet *****. HE comes and said this issue seems easy ENOUGH to fix quickly.THAT was YESTERDAY MORNING and its now 4PM and NO one has looked at my car as I was told that ***** is out of office since yesterday and they are low on car technicians. MEANWHILE although ***** promised a loaner MERCEDES *** for me to drive, when i showed up he said SORRY IM not allowed to give you car, so he rented me a ***** Accord. I am driving ***** Accord from ************** while paying for a LEASE OF MERCEDES.Its easy to blame ***** as he's the service manager but Im sure its not all his fault. Im sure all Mercedes customers feel great with this service. *** Catena was a great man as i understand but is now old and no one really looking after this Legacy of a business in my opinion.FUNNY Enough as Im writing this review Mercedes rep calls at 4:08 pm and said technician looked at the car just now and "we dont know when it will be fixed." THanks alot I want to know which technician SERVICED my car the first time and said they fixed the issue.Lied?Has ***** found this information out? How many service technicians do you need really?

    Good afternoon,You brought your GLE in last week for a concern regarding the passenger side cooling seat function. We ran a fault test on the vehicle, and found no faults present. We function tested the cooling and heated seat, and found the functions to be working as designed. When you called in to notify us that the functions were not working again, I advised you to come in at your convenience and we would be happy to diagnose the concern. I met with you personally and reserved a rental vehicle for you, for which we are incurring the cost. I would have loved to offer you a loaner vehicle, however your vehicle was purchased through a leasing company. We are only able to offer loaner vehicles to clients who purchase or leases a vehicle through one of the three Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz locations in **********. I advised you that we would look into your concern immediately. Which we did. My ******* read through a ton of documents released with MBUSA, but they were inconclusive and/or irrelevant to your concern. We started a physical diagnosis, which was very intensive. It included pin and wire testing, voltage testing, software updates, and more. After your diagnosis was completed this afternoon, we found an intermittent lack of communication with one of the plethora of control modules in the vehicle. The part has been ordered and will be installed as soon as it arrives. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out directly.
