            Swim Spa has manufacturers defect , a hole that leaks, through the tub. Manufacturer say it might be able to be repaired.and they would extend the warranty on the tub . They do not dispute it is their fault and asked us to present a settlement agreement that we could live with and they would help negotiate. I asked for a cosmetically acceptable repair as well as a 30% discount. In addition we were told it was a 2023 spa but it was a year older (they lied). They emptied the spa after it was heated and chemicals were added and the store refused to do anything. They refuse to discount this defective spa or take it back. They are not honest business people.

            We have been working with Central Jersey Pools since **** when we hired them to build our pool. From the very beginning, our experience has been nothing but stellar, and even though ****** has retired and his sons have taken over, we choose them year after year to maintain our pool. I also must give a huge shout out to ******* who is the go-to person in the service department. She has enormous patience, is always pleasant, and goes the extra mile to get the job done in order to make the customer satisfied. She, along with *******, make an amazing team, and they don't give up until they do everything they can to effect a positive outcome, no matter the situation.***********************, our weekly service technician is beyond amazing!! I can't put into words how helpful, able and skilled he is. Such a caring employee! I highly recommend CJP. This is our 33rd year with them, and hopefully, there will be many more!
