This company is a solor company i had failed five times on city inspection and am paying services for 3 months now wish am not fully installed yet there a loan for 54 k that am being charge for wish genrew got paid for that they should have not been paid for because work is not 100% this is the worst company i seen out here they dont pick up my calls any more here there new address and number ***************************************************** PHONE ************ LIC # *****Business response

I understand your frustration, as we are also just as frustrated. First, I'd like to straighten something out. Every time you have reached out to the office, you have been called back. I know for a fact that you have spoken to both ******* and ********************* in length in regards to this issue so for you to say that we don't pick up your calls is a lie. The issue with the inspector is an ongoing issue because the inspector in question (****) does not know his code, and when he was called out on the first time he was there by ******** and myself, he got ****** off and made up some other issues. We have gone back and forth with him because of this. That last failure is because the town did not communicate. We have been calling the town and the inspector non-stop with no response and have now gotten the *** involved to help us sort out the problem. All of which I am sure you are aware. If you want to write a bad review, or a complaint with the BBB, that's fine, but please get the facts straight. We even came out and fixed the ** issues that the inspector wanted just to try and get past it. Call the office during business hours anytime, M-F 9am - 4pm... If someone doesn't pick up, leave a message and we will get right back to you. ************. We hope to have this resolved quickly, feel free to contact the town yourself as well.

I want a full refund off the loan and tree this company is nothing but liars eveything they are saying not true.

Please explain how we are liars and how everything we are saying is not true. That is a broad statement and has holds no bearing on anything in my last response. Again, the issue lies with the township and the inspector at that township, please... AGAIN, feel free to help us get the issue resolved with the town by reaching out yourself. We are too far in the process with the project to cancel or refund at this time. We are continuing to attempt to contact the town and the *** to get this issue resolved as quickly as possible. You have also already done a project with us in the past, and you know that this is not something we have done before.
