If I could give zero stars I would definitely do it. BEWARE, Bes the guy claiming to be the owner comes over to give you and estimate and requested 50% downpayment to be put in the calendar. If you don't give him down payment he won't come. The day he comes with his team, he demands more money. That is how you get cheated. I got scammed out of $2000. His team was to waterproof the between the coping and porcelain tiles, but his team came unprepared. Didn't purchase any material, did not bother to measure the amount to cut on top of tile and just began cutting away by eyeballing. His worker used window/siding caulking to place between the joints which will not help waterproofing and I told him to remove it. He was supposed to use Deck O seal but didn't bother buying it. I told them them needed expansion foam and sikaflex. The guy didn't dig all the way down. Just cut 1/2 board and poured the sika flex and all the joint sealant was all over my tiles. Did not finished the job and walked away because he didn't like anyone watching over him while he worked. He told me he would refund me the deposit and later told me I owe him $1300 and didn't even bother to return the $700 to me. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. HORRIBLE WORK!!!
