      October order a part from them. Claimed was on backorder and never shipped it. Have tried multiple times to contact and reach the company. They do not call or return emails. I want my money back

      I purchased a part from them on Aug 4 2023. Said I would receive it by the 9th. **** shipping label was created but it has never been shipped. Have sent email to them and have never received a response. Have called there phone number multiple times and left messages. Have not received a phone call back yet.

      Ordered from seller on Amazon. He is Amazon 3rd party sellers. I expedited shipping to get radiator quickly. Shows **** was handling service which Amazon has only email of 3rd party. Amazon refused to allow 3rd party contact information and said it was shipped, but contacted **** and they stated they were waiting on shipment. I contacted 3rd party through reverse look up directory and only answering machine. Left message and still no contact. I see 4 other complaints filed here on same company. Amazon should not let these companies that fail to fill orders be allowed their platform for business relations. I am a Prime Customer with Amazon also. I do business with Amazon often. Amazon has negative feedback of many problems with this company fulfilling their obligations.Company is:****************************************************************

      I ordered some parts from them about 5 weeks ago. Every time I call or email they have an excuse. I'm working with the credit card company to get my money back but these people should be in jail for stealing.

      Order part on 3-5-23. Never received it. It's been 2 months. No response. Filed dispute. No response. Complete scam company.

      I’ve been dealing with this company for a couple months now. The first time they sent me the wrong part, took over a month to get to me. I sent back said part, the part was delivered back on Feb. 1, 2023. I reordered the part on Feb. 1, 2023, witch was less the the original part. I was supposed to get a partial refund, but in hasn’t been refunded back to my account. I haven’t gotten any update what so ever on my new order, I’ve call multiple time, with no success. At this point, all I want is my MONEY back. But, like I said in the beginning, they will not answer my calls and or texts. This by far, the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a company… I have added a copy of the UPS receipt and tracking number of the returned package.
