I bought a 2013 ***** Y model on 4/262024 , put down ****** dollars & also continue to make monthly payments of ****** !! I drove this car for approximately 2 weeks before the car starting telling me through a service alert that charging has been reduced to 21% and to visit a service station immediately!! Before I could get the vehicle back to C W Clark associates the battery completely died and had to get it towed and I was accused by ***** the owner again of breaking the car because he drove it for 3 months on or to me driving it !!! Can u please help me get a refund Im currently renting cars to get to & from work while continuing to make monthly payments since 4/26/2024 to now I only drove this car for 2 weeks I have approximately ****** tied up in this car not including the rental cars I have to rent to get back and forth to work and ********************** I ask CW Clark associates to put me in another vehicle so I can move on with my life or a refund and they used all types of profanity in thier denial !!!Initial Complaint

Sold my car that I purchased at cw Clark I purchased first auto **************** and cargo gap insurance. The company mailed the check to cw Clark and I have been trying to get my check from them and they will not go be me my check and I can not get anyone to return my calls.Business response

The First Automotive check for the service contract cancellation was mailed to the consumer in the allotted time as allowed by law. I have confirmation from the consumer that they have received it. I have confirmed that the *** cancellation refund was sent from ************** on May 24, 2022. Spoke with the consumer and they stated they have not received the *** cancellation from the bank so I asked them to check the mail and see if they have the check. If not I directed them to contact Ally bank and ask for a duplicate check. If need be, I may be able to get a letter from ************** that they mailed the check on May 24, 2022.
