Optimal Selection thru Wisdom Panel- This is the most horrible dna company i've ever used! The customer service is awful and they "lose" your tests, try to blame the mail, when it was lost in the facility, They lose 1 of the tests and say the mail didnt deliver it, even tho it was in the exact box the rest were! They screwed up 4 out of 6 tests saying not enough dna was there?? There are 2 swabs sent in each package for each puppy, each puppy was done exactly as the instructions said (this is not the first dna test we've done, there have been lots, we know what we are doing), theres no possible way that 2 swabs did not have enough dna on them!! Ive done at least a hundred tests between litters and my own dogs and have NEVER had a failing test like this lol, and I can show proof of that. They sent the original order out in 2 days, but then when they sent replacements for the ones "lost in the mail, but then *************** somewhere", it took more than 5 days! Now, they are not responding to emails and their phone lines are down. I sent the first email 3 days ago asking for a refund. Normally it takes them 1 day or less to respond, so thats a little strange. I told them I wanted absolutely nothing to do with this company and their rubbish tests, and to stop the remaining test and I wanted a refund for them all. They did complete 2 tests and they are not even correct results lol, saying that the one is long coat pup when it is clearly a short coat. I told them throw the tests they've done out, remove them from the profile even, cuz I won't be using them and they are inaccurate. They went ahead and did the last test anyways it seems, and it was another inconclusive. This is the worst dna company ive ever used. Not to mention their tests are just junk trying to read! Like, you shouldnt have to email asking what every result means, cuz they dont even give full allele names at the locus they are at, its unreadable. I just want my money back!!Initial Complaint

Purchased DNA kit. Was sent to company in January. Still don't have results they tell me to register online to get results and I am getting this information from a bot. I am outraged! I have used this company for 20 years they have always given results over the phone or in the mail. I am a senior and I don't know what they're talkin about or how to register. They have stopped communicating with me and I am distraught and depressed because I still don't have the results of my dogs breed and of course my dog has died from cancer so it is even more traumatic I am an older person and don't fool around on the internet please help me get the results of my dog's breed to me
