    If i could give zero stars I would. The owner is rude and told me, "Do what you feel is necessary." I hope to save anyone reading this review money wasted at this establishment. Not only did we try making an appointment a MONTH in advance, but we had originally used a Groupon and planned on giving them MORE money. At this point, I'm glad we are not giving them ANY money. When someone did not call ** back about an appointment, we called hoping to find an answer. They told **, "I do not have anyone scheduled for that day so there's nothing we can do. This is the first I am hearing about this." Keep your money folks. ************ (the owner) is definitely NOT in the business of making any!

    Its unfortunate that RaeLynn Ponticelli took the time to give my business a 1 star review when her concerns could have been handled in a more appropriate way, had she taken accountability for her actions. First, RaeLynn and her husband have never been to my business; however, they purchased a Groupon voucher that expired sometime last year. Groupon gives customers 4 months (120 days) to use their voucher. Once the voucher expires, they must pay the difference for their service, in order for the voucher to be honored. RaeLynn's husband called my business some time last week on a busy day and requested a call back. As the owner, since I am also servicing our clients, I called back before the close of the day. The husband shared with me that they have an expired voucher they would like to use and that they called last month to request being serviced on May 25th and was told we do not have enough Therapists on staff to accommodate a couples service; however, we are looking to hire more therapist and should someone come onboard, we would give them a call back. Since they did not get a call back, they decided to call a month later to inquire. I stated to the husband that we still only have one therapist, myself, who works solo on the requested date; therefore, we cannot service couples on that particular day, but can I check availability on another day for him. He stated, he will let his wife know and they will give us a call back. A few minutes later, RaeLynn Ponticelli called the spa and with an aggressive tone, basically repeated the conversation her husband and I had and threatened that if we do not book their couples service on May 25th, she will report my business to the BBB, go on ALL review platforms and write the worst possible review about my business, as well as tell ALL her friends to never come to my business. I told her to do whatever makes her happy, however, we still cannot accommodate a couples service on that particular day. She then proceeded to call me a Bi@@h and hung up the phone. Hence, now having to respond to her review on this platform.
