Silver Image Photography was hired under contract to take pictures of our wedding day. Per the agreed to contract, Silver Image was to provide 3 pictures to *********** and 2-8x10s. We have provided our selections to ***** previously. We have not received them. He will not return emails or phone calls to his business to get an update on the production of the pictures. We would like help in either having these pictures produced as outlined under contract or produce the negatives and a refund $500 so that we are then able to get the pictures we want developed for our home. ***** was great to work with and thought he did a great job. Its unfortunate that we find ourselves in this predicament that can be easily resolved if Silver Image fulfilled their end of the contractual agreement.Business response

We did email them back but for some reason they did not get it. We called and spoke to **** today and resolved the issue. **** ***** **** will be in touch with you to cancel this complaint. Please contact me when you hear from them or if you have any questions. Thank you

Good evening, hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out as the individual that filed the complaint with the BBB against Silver Image Photography. We have read each of the emails and do not see any links for me to respond in kind in order to remedy the situation from our end.*****, the owner of Silver Image Photography, reached out to us almost immediately upon receiving notification of the complaint against his business. He apologized for the oversight as he had previously thought this was sent to us by the vendor he uses to print photos. He addressed our concerns and had the pictures that were covered under the contract to us within 5 business days. ***** followed up after delivery to ensure that we had received what we had been promised and apologized once again for the oversight.We are satisfied with the outcome of the case and feel it should be correctly removed from the history for Silver Image Photography.Thank you for your time and support.
