      Prompt, professional and always helpful. We've had a glitch in our leak repair of several months ago and Alliance was very responsive and quick to address our concerns and the problem. We are very pleased with their honesty and will definitely use them for any future needs.

      Unprofessional and dishonest. Completed some work on January 2023 due to a leak in second floor bathroom. Discovered there was a issue with the handle that was replaced on the shower and **** warm water coming out of the faucet. Claiming the issue Is with my water heater and trying to sell me a thirty six hundred water heater installation, claiming that the water pressure is too high caused the issue. Not the brand new shower/tub handle or the cartridge that they installed. Spoken to several licensed plumbers and had independent technicians Check my water heater and it is working just fine. The managers and the technician said if it's the cartridge, then the warranty will not cover even though they installed the new cartridge. The manager told me if they replace the cartridge, they wanna charge me almost $200 and would no longer honor my 3 year warranty on the work that was done in January and for me to do no more business with them. The company is not being truthful and honest about the issues that I'm having Instead They're making up reasons for them. Not to be liable for the work done.

      Based upon your review, it seems like you do not understand the information we provided you during our assessment of your plumbing issue, despite multiple conversations. You called us regarding the mix of hot and cold water coming out of the shower. We came out promptly to investigate at no charge, in case this was a warranty issue with the mixing valve and trim kit (the outer handle that connects to the mixing valve) that we installed in January.During our investigation, we discovered that your water heater is sending water out that is much hotter than the recommended temperature maximum of 120 degrees. There is no other source for the creation of hot water. So, us stating the issue lies with the water heater is an accurate assessment. Our technician took the temperature of your water at one of your sinks and proved that the hot water temerature far exceeds the thermometer's maximum indicator line of 120. The thermostat actually maxed out. We have a photo of this if you would like it sent to you.Anyone looking at your water heater to investigate its functional use could say it is working fine IF THEY DID NOT check the temperature of the water. This was described to you during your call with our Service Manager. We have direct evidence (the photo) showing the temperature is too high. It is possible that the utility company said it was working, but perhaps did not check the temperature of the water to ensure a safe maximum temperature at each water access point.Unlike most sinks, which usually have separate lines for hot and cold water, showers combine hot and cold lines at what is called a mixing valve (which is manipulated by your shower handle). The mixing valve does just what its name implies: it mixes the hot and cold water. Even at the most cold setting, there is some hot water that is part of that mix. Under normal circumstances, when set fully to cold, the amount of hot water coming through is overcome by the much larger amount of cold water, and you wouldn't even sense any hot water was present. However, when the water coming through the hot water line exceeds 120 degrees, that temperature offset doesn't work as effectively and the water will be a bit warm, rather than fully cold.We didn't install your water heater, which you stated has been there since 2011 (long past its expected lifespan - please look it up on your own to verify). We recommended you get it repaired or replaced. Since we do not repair water heaters that we did not install, we provided an estimate for a replacement IF you were to decide that to be the best option. We even dropped that price by nearly $1000 doing it pretty much at cost. This isn't the behavior of a dishonest company.Our manager determined that since the mixing valve we installed IS working properly, there would be no reason to replace it under warranty. If, however, you insisted on it being replaced anyway, then yes, we would charge you for that because it would not be a warranty call.Your claim that we are being dishonest, merely because you are unhappy with the assessment of your problem, is an unfair accusation. In essense, you are "shooting the messenger" here. You insisted during your phone call with our Service Manager that you were not going to buy a new water heater. Your water heater is putting out water that is hotter than the maximum of 120 degrees. It is causing the hot/cold mix to be too warm, and it is causing the disintegration of the grease within the cartridge (handle). These are irrefutable facts.In short, the problem was (and is) not with the mixing valve itself, nor is the problem with its installation. The problem is that your water heater is sending out water that is much higher than the recommended maximum temperature of 120 degrees. Your water heater's temperature regulation is not correct, and you have stated you refuse to replace the water heater.If you have a medical problem and receive a diagnosis and recommended course of corrective action from a medical doctor, but then you refuse to follow the doctor's advice, it is unkind to write a negative review claiming the doctor is dishonest.

      Prompt and professional service. Tech made sure to go over what was needed to repair the piping in our facility and the cost before any repairs were made. Once repairs were made tech made sure to go over repairs again and made sure we were 100% satisfied with repairs. Customer ********************** was excellent and Alliance will be our plumbing vendor going forward.

      I suddenly had very low water pressure throughout my home. I needed a professional plumbing service and quick. Alliance Service Pros sent someone out the same day. ****** diagnosed the cause and repaired it in a short amount of time.       Work was done professionally. The reason for three stars is VALUE. The same ***************** Pro elongated , chair height toilet is $179.00 at *********** This includes the toilet seat and all parts needed to install the toilet. Labor from one of the ********** plumbers is $228.00 . This includes removal and disposal of the old toilet. I paid your company $691.00.You charged $350 for the same toilet. You charged $40 for the plastic toilet seat. You charged $350 for labor. This installation would have cost $407.00 from ********** with a one year warranty. Of course, there would have been a two week wait for installation. Since this was not an emergency, that would have been no problem. So your company charges 40% more than Lowes also. I can give you the figures if necessary==apples to apples. That is why I had to ask ******* for a detailed invoice . The original invoice was opaque with no details regarding cost of parts and labor.

The toilet bowl you received was "Cadet Pro 1.6 GPF Right Height Round Toilet Bowl Only in White" which on the competitor's site you list, is $248.49 (we charged you $179.29); the accompanying tank was the "Cadet Pro 1.6 gpf Toilet Tank in White" which is available from that competitor for $131.30 (we charged $106.36). The seat, wax ring, bolts, closet connector, and all other materials were similarly less expensive through us. Our labor was less than the labor you mention from the competitor. You also received a $50 coupon discount on your order. Based upon the professional grade materials you received, had you gone with the aforementioned competitor and their anonymous contractors who were going to make you wait two weeks, the price would not have been what you think. I do hope you will look at this more carefully, and see that not only did you pay less with us, you got immediate service, a much longer warranty, and highly skilled, professional service. Thank you for providing us this opportunity to publicly prove that not only are we better than our competitors, we are less expensive. We look forward to continuing to provide excellent service and a fantastic experience to our customers for many years to come.

      Your response is delusional. The BBB readers are not stupid and they can compare prices-- APPLES TO APPLES. You have grossly overstated the price of that toilet from your competitors. THE ***** COST FOR THE Cadet Pro Toilet ( both the bowl and the tank is $179.00 at *********** In fact with a ********** credit card, the price is $159.00. You charged me $339.00 for those items. Here is the link for the BBB readers to review. Your seat was $41.00.       Thank you for your comment, and your thorough research into products. Red delicious apples and Fuji apples are not the same. You essentially went to a high end steak restaurant, saw the menu (signed off on the estimate), ordered the filet mignon, and then decided after eating it that you could have gotten cheaper beef at ********** and are now giving a negative review to the high end steak restaurant. You have decided that our professional grade materials, professional quality installation, and our professional level service are not of sufficient value. There seems to be no way to dissuade you, so we will be sure to continue providing these excellent services and materials to other customers, and trust you will seek your *************** services with a cheaper and lower quality provider.

      Part # ****a is the same exact part..........your competitor charges $75.00 and you charge $106.00...You are trying to obfuscate the problem that your company has by not giving transparent invoices. I had to jump through hoops to get anything transparent from your company. We are not talking red delicious vs fuji here , We are talking part #****a vs part #****a...............FUJI TO FUJI......And your company charges 34% more for that same EXACT part.....$75.00 vs $106.00.Your company charges 100% more for the same exact toilet seat. ...$41.00 vs $17.50......Fuji to Fuji !!! I could go on and on with this price comparison of each exact part. Your company charges 52% more for the same exact labor with a five year warranty on parts. I can go down the whole list. THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT ALLIANCE SERVICE PROFESSIONALS CHARGES 40% MORE TO INSTALL THE SAME EXACT TOILET...............FUJI APPLES TO FUJI APPLES !!!!

      I contacted this plumbing service to install a water line from the hot water tank to the fridge. The rooms were back to back and required a small hole through the wall plus patching into the cold water line. The technician did a good job and was able to arrive the same day I called. I appreciated the responses. I did feel the quoted price was too steep for the job that was performed. It was not a difficult problem as a matter of fact it was a simple task. On top of the high price I was not given an itemize break down for parts and service. I broke my own rule of not consulting several companies. However the performance was good.

      **** covered for a plumber that called out sick today. **** went above and behind the call of duty on this job. You had to enter my crawl space through a small opening and it was about 2 ft deep so he had to ****** the whole time he was making repairs. He not only made that repair he also found a repair needed under my kitchen sink and I was so thankful for that. My new plumbers will always be Alliance. They are very professional, keep appointments and I can't say enough wonderful things about their attitude. Thank you ****/Alliance.

      I hired Alliance to complete several jobs in my newly purchased home including: 1. bringing bathroom and kitchen plumbing up to code, 2. installing a garbage disposal and faucet, 3. installing a new toilet and fixing plumbing to toilet, and 4. multiple pinpoint leaks and pipe corrosion in the basement plumbing. From the start, it was such an easy and stress-free process. Communication was constant through email and text about the service dates and ETA of the team members, which was fantastic as I was traveling back and forth between my current and new home. The estimator (****) was at my home the day after I made the initial call and walked through everything with me in a friendly, well-informed, and pressure-less manner. He never tried to upsell me and, in fact, helped me prioritize the most important items to address. The plumbing technician (******) was at my house five days later with all of the required materials and worked for 8 hours on the various items. He even found and fixed another broken component while working which probably saved me additional stress and money! At the end of the service, he walked through all of the fixes, went over the warranties associated with them, and ensured my satisfaction before processing payment. He was so impressive that another contractor working on the painting in my home asked him for Alliance's business card. I would hire Alliance again for any plumbing need and would recommend them without hesitation to friends, family, strangers, or anyone else with plumbing needs!
