On December 1 2023 my husband ************************* entered Quailty Auto LLC to buy a vehicle. We were told that the vehicle was serviced recently and in good working condition. Less than a month later, the engine blew up on the side of the highway. After being checked over by our mechanic it was determined that the engine was close to ceasing prior to the incident and was never reported to us during the sale of the car. The cost was $1300 for a new engine. $2475 in labor and to add to it we NEVER recieved the title or registration whcih we paid for to have Quailty Auto LLC register it for us in **. We never recieved plates or anything. We have now had this car unable to register it or put it in our name for 5 months. They will not help us and will not get back to us. The temp reg expired 12/30/23.Business response

This customer not only had a warranty but the title was mailed to her and her husband that we have tracking for. Just because they lost it does not mean they are allowed to come in and threaten us. They are on video and recorded from their phone calls with rude and vulgar language. We have tracking information for the title they lost along with the warranty that they were given. Their complaint is invalid and inaccurate. If they need any of the info given to them again we can happily supply that.Customer response

On March 3, 2023 I purchased a 2010 ************************* from this dealership. The car was fully paid off in cash. I was also charged a fee for the dealership registering the car with the **** I was given a temporary tag that expired on April 1, 2023. The dealership advised me that license plates would be mailed by the end of the month. Everytime I call to get an update they would tell me it's in the mail. I have since gone to the *** myself and the *** advised there is no record of the car on the system. The dealership no longer takes my calls.Business response

This is inaccurate. First, we were being called back to back with no pauses. When we did speak to her both her and her mother were screaming cursing at us and not listening to what we said. Secondly, her father came to our place of business and incited violence against us. She also was calling us ever week from the day she purchased the vehicle asking for her plates when we provided a 30 day temp tag. She has left several FALSE complaints on our pages. We will not communicate with someone that not only curses at us but also incites violence for no reason.
