      We called Sheerkahn to help fix our shower that did not have any hot water. We had used the company in the past to replace our faulty boiler. The initial visit was on 4/29 where we first was told we need to change out a piece at ~$450 and then was told the whole thing in the back needed to be switched out at a total of ~********. We had to put a deposit down for $954.75 and they will return on 5/3. We wrote a check and for the next 5 days I could not use my account until the check $965.75 plus the total cost of the work for $******** was clearing. No one mentioned this and I had month end bills coming out of the account. On 5/3 they cut a hole in the wall and said they did not have enough space to do the work and I needed to find someone to cut our min 4 tiles or the whole wall and retile the shower. They would come back on 5/9, which was a no show. I tried calling them, but only get to voicemail whose mailbox is full and logged a ticket online in addition to sending an email. By 5/10 I had no response and requested a refund for $954.75 minus service charge. I got a response on 5/11 from ***************************** in the *************** saying a refund check had been processed and I should allow ***** business days. We are now passed 20 business days and I have not received the refund, their voicemail box is still full and my email today was undeliverable for ********. Is this company in financial trouble? Why can companies take money from customers immediately, but customers have to wait up to 20 business days to get the money back (if I will even get the money back in this case)? I called another plumber who we have used. They fixed my problem on 5/13 with the resolution being the same as the initial proposed resolution on 4/29 for $450 by Sheerkahn for a similar price. It took them 20 min to fix and I never had to cut a hole in the wall or go through any of that other c*** they were trying to get us to do. I still have to fix the hole in the wall.

      Sheerkahn installed a boiler and two central air units that we both paid extra to have a 10 year warranty on all labor and parts. Our AC system is acting up after less than a year and we cannot get in touch with the business. We would have went with another company if we knew they would not honor their warranty.

      In August ********************************************************* which they kept running into issues of the fuse blowing, electrician on vacation (had to wait on him). No AC after install, they sent a non-electrician out, who said he was not an electrician and tried somethings but said he could not figure it out, so he disconnected a few things for safety reasons.Also brand new hot ************** unit installed. We were without hot water for a few days. Couldn't get parts, pipes installed in wrong wall (hole in the outside of our house). Hoses fell off wall (two floods downstairs) Both units Failed inspections.AC has not worked since the install.We called them a few times, no response. We have left a few emails and phone messages. No response.The owner is aware that his installation was not complete.The owner is aware of all of the issues (not all mentioned here) but has refused to correct them.

      Installation of split mini system over $21,000 in cost installed on 8/2021 with a 10-year labor/parts/factory warranty. We have been following up to have the job completed and they have not returned a call and now they seem to be unreachable. We have holes in our walls which require weatherproofing and do not consider the job completed. We have contacted other companies to address the issue and they do not want to touch a system which was installed by another company and we don't want to void any warranty we have. We want the job completed with the guaranteed assurance the warranty is intact or we want a full refund to allow us to fully replace the units with a different company.
