      I owe student loan debt to this company. They make payments almost impossible, resulting in a default loan. Upon making a payment, youll receive a confirmation number only to be told a few days later that the payment was not made. It doesnt matter if you pay online, over the phone, or direct payments from an account. They are running a scam thats not fair.

      We have reviewed this consumer's file and have tried reaching out to this individual to clarify their issues.  Apparently, they have been inputting the wrong information into our payment system and/or have been trying to make payments from a bank account for which there are insufficient funds.  If the consumer has proof that monies were actually taken from their account and they were not properly credited for same, we urge them to contact us with such proof.  We are a law firm with a legitimate payments system and are not a scam or whatever the consumer is claiming.  If the consumer needs assistance with making payment, they have our information and we can insure that their good payments will be processed and they are credited accordingly.

      The firm has provided false information on my account. The calls are recorded, when/if you review the calls you will hear conflicting information between representatives on your account. The firm told me on one occasion the reason for my judgement not being removed was a result of the Judge declining the law firm from removing it. On the same day, speaking with another representative, they informed me it was an error on their part.I call in today, ask for a reciept for my payment. Get told that they cant help with this, will see if its possible, placed on hold- call picked up from hold and hung-up on. Call back, no asnwer. Call back twice- only to leave a voicemail. The other rep ******* finally gives me a call back after leaving 3 voicemails over the past 3 weeks. He says that there is a note I will be getting a letter for confirmation- will be mailed out on 1/19 and is noted on the account. This is just the tip of the sword with the false information they provide when trying to resolve your account with them.

      One of the firm's partners has spoken with and emailed the consumer to discuss the situation and try to clear up the confusion.  An application has been made to the Court to vacate any judgments and dismiss the action with prejudice.  The firm will continue to keep the consumer apprised of the application and has made it clear that  a partner is available should he wish to further discuss the matter.

      Please review there quality assurance phone calls.Owed money they overcharged for a judgement.Real estate settlement company sent wrong payoff amount to PORTNOY SCHNECK THATS ILLEGAL THEY KNOW IT AND HAVE NOT SENT Violated stipulation agreement prepared by the courts.

      We have reviewed the many communications between our office and this consumer.  For each communication, the consumer was rude, abusive, and hung up on our office.  The reason that the consumer did not immediately receive back the overpayment made by her title company is that she changed her address after the payment was sent.  Thereafter, the payment was forwarded to her new PO Box and, for some reason, it was returned to our office.  We thereafter cut a subsequent check that was picked up by her daughter.  We consider this matter closed as the consumer has received back her payment after harassing our office for weeks for reasons caused by her own actions.
