      We placed a mobile order# ****. When we arrived there was a significant line so we checked in and decided to utilize the curbside option. We parked in space#3. We waited and waited and waited and waited. All the while we watched as cars that were in line when we first arrived were serviced and cars that arrived afterward were serviced but yet we were not. After the line for the drive-thru was cleared, someone bought our food out. I asked if the food had been sitting around. I was told no and that it was just made. When we arrived home we found that to be a lie because the food was COLD. We live about 6 mins from this particular **********. When the food was bought out there was an apology extended and we were told that it was extremely busy. It was too busy to service the curb-side patrons but it wasn't too busy to service those who used the drive-thru. There was absolutely no attention provided to those using curbside pickup as another patron left in utter disgust. Unacceptable!

This was not sent as a resolution so I'm not sure why it was forwarded as such. ********** was only asking for the address of the establishment where this incident took place.       I am rejecting this response because:
      This incident occurred and the person who delivered the food (manager/assistant manager) apologized and indicated that they were busy. I have a witness. In addition to my witness, on the same day and same time there was another woman waiting for curbside. This woman began talking to me and was so upset that she began to curse and pulled off without receiving her food. If they pull the the time of my order and another order which was placed before me that was never received by the customer they will see that this incident occurred. The woman had a black sportscar. This unacceptable and this entire incident occurred as stated.

This unacceptable and this entire incident occurred as stated. The date was 9/22/2021 @  3:20pm this is  when the order was submitted~it would have taken us **** mins. to get there~there were lines~we gave our mobile order #~ and then pulled to the curb to wait and wait and wait and wait. We watched as they cleared out the line and gave absolutely no thought to curbside pickup whatsoever !!...
