**** was extremely hesitant to provide any information via email regarding the document fee, tax/title/license fee, and any warranty information. This is not. quality you find in reputable dealers who are transparent with their pricing. At one point he specifically stated I would have to call if I wanted to do business with them, before I'd even been provided with basic pricing info that is not vehicle specific. I understand that as an attempted salesman **** is required to try and take the customer for what they have but a quality sales rep isn't afraid of an informed customer who would like a written record of communication to hold the dealership accountable. Guest that's not their style here, I just wish they had tried harder to serve the customer by just providing the very basic information that was asked. This is behavior that specifically outlines Trade Zones commitment and specific concerted effort to refuse transparent pricing to customers by refusing to conduct business in a format that can be recorded to ensure accountability. ******* also wildly unpleasant to converse with, but that's a personal issue with impulse control not reflective of the business, just its staff.

Potential customer was making things very difficult and is very uneasy to deal with. Did not cooperate with answering certain questions so we could answer all his pricing questions. Such as even what car hes interested in, what state is the car being registered in and are you paying cash or financing. We cannot make a determination on anything without that info. A 2 minute phone call would have helped the situation here, he chose not to call. Its not a matter of accountability, we just preferred to speak to the customer. BTW our only fee is dealer documentation which is $288, most likely the lowest in the state. We actually use it as a selling tool. Its here in black and white. **** has personal issues and impulse control lol.

If I can give this business zero stars that would be way to generous. The owner **** was totally unprofessional. Sold me a car that didnt work not even 20 mins driving the car the engine blew out. He then gave me a car for the time being to use until the other car was sorted out but then decided not to sell it to me. Didnt want to reimburse me for the gas that I spent on both cars. In his own words he didnt feel obligated to give me the money back cops had to be called. Overall horrible experience.

In good faith, Trade Zone supported customer with a car until things were resolved. Customer falsified documents that were submitted to the bank. Credit application was untruthful and fabricated. The bank had terminated her application. Customer had to return the vehicle. Customer was refunded 100% of down payment no questions asked and politely was asked to part ways Instead customer escalates situation called cops over gas money she used in said vehicle. Customer was very irate and intolerable. She was provided gas money when she left dealer. Dealer is still confused? Should dealer have customer investigated?
