1. After paying for my move, the moving company claimed I owed an additional $126 and asked me to authorize a charge on my credit card for that amount. I demonstrated to them that the charge was not warranted, and they agreed. Nevertheless, they repeatedly requested I authorize the charge. Finally, after several complaints, they sent me an email acknowledging I was correct and stating my card would not be charged. Nevertheless, on December 30th, they put the charge through. Also, since they could not send a crew to remove opened cartons, for which I had paid, they offered $150 if I would dispose of them myself (I have an email proving that), which I did. I am now told this amount will not be paid and the credit card charge will not be reversed.Business response
