              I was told a different price 3 different times for the same product. within a 30 day period . No pricing lists available. He admitted price gouging during winter months.please send an inspector to visit this business at the previously mentioned location ASAP.

              Don't order from here! I ordered a water heater from them and it said it ships from 1-7 buisness days. I needed this water heater to replace one that was built in **** that is barely working. I didn't get the email saying the expected delivery date so I messaged the company. Finally got an answer saying oh we can't find that. Asked to speak to the person in charge that responded with oh it was damaged so we wernt going to send it. It will take 5-6 weeks to get the new one. I should have cancled it then but needing it and it still being the quickest route to get a water heater I'm like fine get it here. 2 months go by and nothing so one of my office staff called asking where it was.... they cancled the order. They didn't refund the money when they cancled it. They just cancled it. I checked the website and they have it listed again to try to ************** poor sap that orders from here. Do yourself a favor and don't order from here.

              Upon picking the material ordered we found that is was damaged and unsellable. We inquired to the manufacturer if we could order another unit but due to COVID-19 leads times have been extended to months. We did refund the customer and our website inventory has been adjusted.
