I was told a different price 3 different times for the same product. within a 30 day period . No pricing lists available. He admitted price gouging during winter months.please send an inspector to visit this business at the previously mentioned location ASAP.Business response

I contacted ************* to notify them I had a warranty on my water tank. I was told by *************** to go to said company for a replacement water heater. When I contacted the company AF Supply, I was told to bring label from old water tank and $200.00. I have never heard of someone having a warranty, and having to pay anything to replace said item. I was given a return number from AO *************** ********* the company to get a replacement water heater.Then to be told to bring $200.00 in order to receive replacement water heater.Business response

AF Supply charges $200 for processing warranty claims. It is an industry standard to charge for *******************. The customer does not have to go thru **********************. They are able to contact any *************** authorized dealers. Thanks.Initial Complaint

I bout a supposed OEM (ALTIVAR120) from AF SUPPLY and the part result to be an aftermarket that will not work on the equipment that was purchased for. I have emailed and called several times and I have not received any response.Business response

We were not aware of customer trying to contact us. We are short staffed which often leads to long wait times on phone. There is no record of customer's email. We will reach out to the customer and setup the return/redund. Thanks..Customer response
