            My cousin went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle that she seen on line. The price of the vehicle was $ ****** after negotiating with the sales rep *********************** they agreed to put down a payment of $3,000 after tax, doc fees and other miscellaneous unjustified fees she was financing a total of $19,665. "Not to mention she doesn't speak English well." When the papers were finalized everything changed the down payment needed was $4,000 the financing total cost was $ *********. She questioned the different and the dealerships response was just sign we made a mistake but will correct it later.? So.. She signed off in good faith not only did they scam her into signing the contract. The vehicle was shacking and diving what felt like sideways. She went back to the dealership the next day to look into the issues.. She aske was this car in an accident Of course they gave her more lies because it was!! she asked to return the vehicle for a different vehicle on the lot they would not help her. She then asked for her deposit back they wont do that either. They next step of action unfortunately is filing a law suite and take them to court. However is thinking about going to this small scamming dealership STAY AWAY!!

            ******** was advised of all numbers before she signed. We went over the numbers more than once. In regards to the car shaking we fixed it right away for the client as she requested. We have spoken to the client multiple times to resolve any other issues that she may have where both parties are on agreement and the customer is yet to come. We have given the customer multiple solutions after her car has been fixed for the shaking and she refuses to take any of our solutions.
