      Moved from ****** to Washington in ************* showed up late to pack, 4:30 in the afternoon. Things were finally delivered in May. Paid before they would unload truck. When finished unloading they informed us that some of our items were still in storage and they would deliver in 3-5 business days. Still waiting, it is January 2022. I have phoned, emailed, texted, no response. As far as we are concerned these people are thieves.

      July 6, ***************************** using AMM Moving and Storage as a carrier supposed to show up at my house to move my belongings. No one showed. I called repeatedly and was put off multiple times and felt I was being led on about what was going on. Eventually, I talked to *******************, mgr, who admitted he was clueless and said he would have a truck there the next day. I was feeling very insecure at this point and pulled my deposit which was a very high deposit for the amount of material in the move. The truck showed up I had to pay and additional $4000 for 1/3 of the box truck they brought. They would not load until I signed paper- work (no copy give) and paid. They took an antique Roger's ****** display box filled with valuables with them that I explicitly told them not to take. When delivered there was an amazing amount of damage to my property, but most disturbing was that my great grandmother's blanket chest,the ****** display box and a antique wagowheel lamp were missing.

      I am writing for **************************** who contracted with a moving broker, ** Pro ****************** LLC of ***************, **, which then contracted with a moving company, AMM Trucking LLC, ******************************************, for my son's move on May 1, 2021. from **********, ** to *****, **. After a number of calls to AMM Trucking, the moving van finally arrived in ***** after 5-1/2 weeks, but items were missing and items were broken beyond repair. After a call to the moving company, a large TV set was delivered 12 days later. ************************* of ** Pro Moving suggested I contact AMM Trucking LLC, DOT #*******, MC #*****, to obtain resolution. It was suggested I contact *********************** Attn: ******** CID #*****-28, who represents the ************ for AMM Trucking. I did this on August 1, 2021, and on September 12, 2021, without a reply. I do not know the name of the ************************ I was just given the agent's name ******* at ****************************

      AMM Trucking picked up my belongings July 25, 2021. It is now September 21, 2021. I've gotten little to no communication from this company and ONLY AFTER I call Alliance **************** (the brokers) to get after them to contact me. They've promised to deliver on two occasions but then, no delivery, no call to say they aren't delivering, nothing. I understand there is difficulty with covid and weather, however, where is the COMMUNICATION? TWO MONTHS!! and only two calls from the company AFTER I complain?!? If someone would just update me as to where my stuff is and a reasonable timeframe for delivery, that would help. I've left messages, texted and e-mailed and get nothing in return. To have to rearrange my schedule to accommodate promises of delivery and then get no delivery and no communication is unacceptable and, to me, warrants legal action. I need my stuff to live. I need my belongings. I'm a patient person but two months is too much.

      Business Fraud by: AMM Trucking LLC. **************************************. DOT#******* MC#****** My moving broker ******************************** found them the day of my move because the original mover did not show **. 2 men showed ** in a rented U-Haul Truck and said they were from AMM Trucking LLC. and they were taking my belongings to storage as planned. I was picked up on 8/30/21 at 3:00 pm. They did a horrible job and ruined several items. Then they lied about the cubic footage (an extra 380 cubic feet) and took a lot more of my money or said they'd leave it. They didn't honor the broker's contract. My belongings were supposed to stay in ********** in storage and then to be delivered anywhere in ** when I called for it. But they took it to across state lines to ***************, ** to a storage unit. The company has my belongings, does not answer calls or email. I believe they are holding it to charge for storage, but I have left messages saying I want it right away.

      I booked a moving company through a broker agency (******* *** *****), not initially knowing they were a broker agency. On July 2nd, 2021, they gave my move to AMM Trucking LLC, based out of NJ. On the day of pick up, this company increased the cost of my move by $1000, citing my stuff took up more cubic space, even though the number of items and boxes were what I told the broker company when I booked them. Today, as I file this complaint, it is August 26th, and I still do not have my stuff. This company will not pick up the phone, does not update customers, and will give me no info on when my stuff might arrive or where it is being held. They will occasionally text me rough estimates of when the stuff might arrive, and it never does. If you google them, they have done similar things to other people across the country (there is a story of a couple in Colorado that had a bad experience as well). It has been 2 months, and they quoted me 30 days for delivery.
