This business should be shut down. Complete rip off and took advantage of people who are moving. Showed up for a job in contract of 10k, requested an additional payment of 18k! No stickers or notation of box, number of box. Made us sign at end of the day when we were exhausted, showed up with 2 people for a job of what should be for a crew of 6, another guy came two hours later but at some point 2 guys left for 3 hours.Things were tossed into the boxes ramdomly. They are now keeping our home items in hostage making us pay when we have no guarantee of receiving the items in good condition, but what choice do we have. We have to borrow from friends since it's a huge amount of money and we are not even sure we will receive 100% of our items, and the quality of the items.

The worst moving experience of our lives. Aside from the workers constantly whining about the hard work and where they had to place items, they managed to cause over $15,000 in damage to our possessions - and this was not a high end move, They were just that good that they caused significant damage to virtually every piece. The way their settlement process is structured, we would have walked away with $146. We would have lost even more had we gone to litigation. If the movers were totally incompetent , the office staff was even worse. Response to calls and emails was non existent. While it would be easy to find a better mover than AMM and USPro, you would have to search long and hard to find a team that is worse. If I could score them a zero, that would be too high. Don't walk away from these clowns - RUN!

It has taken me some time to write this review as my move concluded in July of '21. Like so many others listed here - one of the worst experiences in my/our lives as we relocated cross country. Significant amounts of furniture damaged as the movers showed up ill-equipped and unprepared, we got our goods on the road through our own sheer force of will. We were made to pay significantly higher charges than what was quoted but were boxed into our position as our home was sold and we need to vacate and get on the road. After I arranged my own move-in team at the point of destination, the owner flew out to supervise the unload with his crew. Upon opening the trailer door, he admitted that this was "f&%&ed up" and immediately gave me $5000 cash back.They did not honor the damage claim process and failed to return my calls and texts. While I/we needed to move on with our lives, I am now at a point where I will pursue this in other avenues as I want to do my part to try and protect others from this company. I considered litigation, but this often time consuming and potentially expensive with little return on investment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They stole $4000.00 worth of my belongings and showed up 2 months late with what they didn't steal from me. Absolutely NO communication once paid.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Do not, Do not use either ****************************** or AMMT Trucking LLC. ******************** and I agreed upon a price and the measurements of my move. When AMM Trucking, the company who would actually be doing the move, it was a different story. All of a sudden, $2,000 more as soon as the guys move in I had no choice what was I suppose to do. Then the mover had the guts to ask for a tip! It was supposed to be delivered on Oct. 16th after 2pm. Well, they never showed up. No one would take a call about delivery - apparently they only do that on Thursdays. Of course I never heard from ****** who sold me the deal at ******************************. They told me they have ***** business days to deliver! Why would someone sign up for that??? It was delivered 5 days later and they lost a piece of furniture. I only had 5 pieces of furniture to deliver and about 65 boxes. I had to go out and buy things for 5 days since everything was in the truck. Lots of boxes were damaged and things were broke. I filed the claim and was told that they would reimburse me $43.80! Are you kidding me!!! You lost a piece of furniture, broke 4 wicker chairs, a lladro worth alot of money, picture frames, glass and plant items, etc.! They said that I signed Option 2 on the Interstate **** of Lading Contract which gives me 60 cents per pound. Unreal! Please do not use this company first because you don't know that the people who you talk to at ****************************** contract your move out to AMM Trucking LLC, If you do, please read all documents so you do not get screwed. I would not recommend these company to my worst enemy! Total rip off. I wouldn't even give them I star

Worst experience. No customer service at all. I made reservation with ******************************** company which is ************** and AMM trucking picked up my stuff. They picked up only half of items and when I tried to reach them, no one answers your phone call. It's horrible experience.

A worse company that I have driven for. They. Don't give drivers the right information about loads. Try to make drive 14 hrs even if you are sleepy, and will not re burst you for out of pocket sent for fuel oil, etc. Very unsafe company

My grandmother's Lane cedar chest was damaged when taken off the truck as I watched it dropped in the middle of an asphalt road..I filed a claim and received a form letter that they do not pay for particle wood damage. What part of Lane cedar chest is not understood that it is cedar not particle board.

Do not use this company. They tripled the price once they had my stuff, saying it was more sq footage than what was quoted....but the quote and my stuff were based on a storage unit's defined size. Somehow, from the unit to their moving truck, the space my stuff took up tripled! They said it accounted for best practices of packing and moving. Lol. Keep this in mind when you read below how my stuff showed up. They wouldnt take my calls to talk about the pricing issue (I called pretty much at least once a week and they either didnt answer or BSed something, and then said they never said it)... and then on move day, they said I never disputed the cost - it's insane! Then, my stuff didnt show up for a month (note - their 21 days *** move time is 21 business days, not days...), literally every piece of furniture was damaged, I watched them drop my box of glasses - every glass broke, a ton of my stuff never came yet I got someone else's stuff - which they had no interest in dealing with. Their "coverage" policy doesnt cover boxes they didnt pack...meaning it covered nothing (including the box they dropped right in front of me) - and for broken furniture, you have to keep it for months for them to come inspect it if you want even a chance at recouping any costs - who can keep a house full of broken furniture?! They are a joke. They are unethical. They don't care.

Has your life been going too well? Are you feeling too confident or comfortable? Are you in the middle of a cross country move and feel that you dont have enough stress already? Then THIS is the company for you my friend.Both the broker and this moving company have the customer service skills to make you feel like you are ignored 24/7. Theyll bring you down a peg by speaking to you in condescending tones (and thats if youre lucky enough to even get through to anybody).We told them our first available pickup date, the brokers told us 5-7 days, the movers told us 5-7, but now we are finding out that DOT regulations gives them 30 business days (yes, 6 weeks) to deliver your stuff, which the more I deal with them is sounding like the minimum delivery date at best (but I guess its in the tiny print of your contract so f*** us right?)This has been an all around horrendous experience, both companies have completely and utterly ruined what was supposed to be a great experience. I am losing sleep, my stomach is knots, and if I had any hair it would have been ripped out after making about 5 hours a calls a day to see where our stuff is. Nobody can tell us. I pray that we are not one of the horror stories on here that takes longer than the 30 days (yes, again SIX weeks when we were told by both companies 5-7 days), but it is looking like we will be. We are sleeping on hardwood floors and living out of suitcases, and neither of these companies care. If we dont get our things we are completely starting over from scratch, not to mention sentiments things in the load like a painting I commissioned for my first wedding anniversary. We were also charged double than what we were originally quoted before the movers even put anything on the truck. The movers told my MIL that they didnt even know about the pickup until about an hour after our LATEST scheduled pickup time, as he was supposed to be off, and they made him rush in from NJ to PA. We were naive and sucked in because we assumed they had our best interest at heart. It wasnt even our choice to choose this god-forsaken company in the middle of an investigation where a woman is claiming they charged her $25k and still have not returned her stuff. Review after review reveals this as the c*** company that it is, yet we were still paired with them. I wont even get into the part where my mother in law felt intimidated by the drivers (we left because they were 4 hours late on moving day)My only hope is that enough complaints are lodged that civil or criminal litigation happens, but I wont hold my breath. This company should not be operating. We are completely and absolutely helpless at the mercy of this terrible company. Think twice. Do your research, dont be like us.
