      I purchased a scooter from this company last year. It has a one year warranty to replace parts. I had sent multiple emails/phone calls prior to the one year warranty being expired and I can not get anyone to answer me. The scooter has broke twice in the past year and I just need them to send me a replacement throttle. Now the warranty is expired and I still have a broken scooter.

      I ordered a charger for our fat bear on 8/20/24. I was told it shipped. For 3 weeks we waited and nothing came. I emailed and was told multiple times that it shipped. We received a charger in 10/2024 and it was broken. I was told another ******* shipped. I've been told a second charger shipped multiple times. I've even been told they will ***** a charger to me- and nothing. I was a refund for the full amount of the charger AND I want a new charger sent to me.

      I purchased a $1,800 scooter and it was defective. I cant unlock the scooter to charge it because the keys doesnt work so I as to break the lock to be able to open the scooter.The scooter took over 4 months for me to receive it to find out its defective.

      I purchased a scooter from this company, as there has been a risk of them catching fire. Despite my attempts over the past 6 months to reach out to their customer service, I have not been able to contact anyone. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of response and am now contemplating legal action."

      The scooter I received was damaged. I sent them an email about it the very next day. They told me they would fix it but they lied. Instead, they spent a year lying to me. Ibhave an email chain 10 months long with over 50 messages where they claim 'parts are on the way'. Not that sending me a part in the mail and expecting me to find and pay a mechanic would count as fixing the issue even if they had done what they said they would do.In the most recent communications they act as if they don't know me.The last communication fron them was in October 2023.

      I ordered scooter on March 8,2023 order said it would be delivered to n **** business days. It was not delivered. I called and was told they didnt have in ordered color. I told them to ship it in color they had. I received it in three weeks. I assembled unit and keys wouldnt work. Called company and the told me my keys were sent to a different customer. We sent keys back and forth and keys I was sent did not work either. I called the company and they said that the manufacture would have to send me the correct keys. They sent me a control box and two key fobs but no keys that is needed to open compartment that to replace control box. It has been almost two months that I have been dealing with this. I have asked them to solve this issue by sending keys that will work or replace scooter. Today is April 21, 2023

      I ordered 4 fat bear scooters and before the shipmen arrived I learned that my city has an ordinance against scooters. I contacted the representative and explained my situation. I was authorized to return for a full refund 3 of the four which were in the original package and never opened.       Bought new fatcub electric moped in july. I believe motor has burnt out. Contacted company. No response to emails or voice mails. Has a 1 year warranty.paid ******* for this *********** ****** for spare battery. Please help. I should have read your bbb site before I bought it

      I am rejecting this response because:
      They offered no help to resolve the issue. I paid an electrician forty dollars to diagnose the problem.but could not remedy the problem. The business reimbursed me for that. The problem still exists and the bike is not running. What they did is just send me videos that have nothing to do with the problem.they want me to do all the work myself. What good is the warranty if they cannot help me. They should just reimburse my money and take it back or send me another bike. I like the bike.but not when they can't help me to get it running

      After waiting 3 months for our 2 trikes, we got them with no manual or instructions. One had the wrong color fenders and both needed painting due to shipping damage. It is now 6 months later and no manual and no parts. Now one has an issue with the the light. At this point I am not going to try to work with the company about the light because there hasn't been any help with the former issues. We have been patiently waiting for a resolution. As others have said, no verbal response. How can a company be allowed to do business like this?
